Ideal choice for laminate, Luxury vinyl (SPC, WPC), bamboo, engineered, and solid hardwood for which underlay is recommended. Advanced Aluminum Coating (23g vs. <11g) provides advanced thermal protection:better temperature retention helps to keep room temperature--help your floor to feel warm in winter and comfortable in summerPremium Vapor Barrier: while most underlay have <0.8 mil vapor barrier, this product has 1.2 mil vapor barrier, which provides your floor with better water and moisture protection Premium cell design: many underlay use less material, have more air in the cells, and have overall thickness of <2 mm. This product seals min. air in cells, uses more mat’ls to build stronger cell wall, has 3 mm (1/8") overall thickness, and provides better sound dampening.
