Nice 2500 watt generator ! well constructed , everything fits as it should ! Came with oil and funnel kit . Very well packaged ! Starts right up after first fill of fuel . Very quiet for a generator , not silent but none are . Nice display gauge , unusual at this price point ! weighs about 50 pounds with gas and oil . about 17 1/2 inches tall including handle . I needed something less than 19 tall to fit under my workbench so it was perfect for my needs . I just need something for possible power outage for fridges and sump pump so this is plenty for me . display shows fuel level ,voltage output,amps ,etc.. nice instruction manual that is correct english ! Would recommend this generator from Aceup to anyone. Appears they are a stand alone company according to their website , not just selling someone elses rebranded product . They also sell a larger model that I was going to order but was not sure of height . That one should be good for someone needing more power . Very happy with my purchase and was impressed with how nice the construction and features were! Of course time will tell but it does what it is supposed to and seems VERY comparable to other generators in this class for substantial savings ! Eco mode is nice as it reduces RPM and noise level. I think anyone looking for an inverter generator in this class would be happy with it .Do not buy something too small for your needs though . Add up your appliances and base your generator output on that ! Remember generator surge watts are NOT running watts ! You will burn up your generator no matter who makes it !

Purchased this generator to replace the 2000 watt generator that stopped working. The Aceup 4000 has twice the power at an amazing deal!! This generator is quiet and runs our RV with a 15000 btu a/c with all the lights on with no problem! I love the display. It shows everything. It starts first pull. If you’re wanting a powerful generator at an incredible deal this is the one to purchase. It weighs around 50lb and is easy to move around. The build quality compares to generators that would cost you 3 times the amount of money!

Good generator if you are needing something easy to set up and use, light, and very quiet, and small in size. Have found out after use that it has a very sensitive low oil sensor on it and if it stops running check the oil. Also seems to use a little oil as I have had to add oil to it a few times since break in. Does run very well and is very well worth the money.

I purchased this generator simply for the low price, huge mistake. I added oil and gas and tried cranking but not happening. I pulled the spark plug and it was wet from the gas so I tested the spark. No spark. I pulled a few more times and the spark mysteriously returned and the generator started. Still haven't figured that one out. When the generator started it ran for three seconds at wide open throttle and died. Tried several more times with the same results. I then noticed that the stepper motor on top of the carburetor had fallen apart. I brought the generator in the house and set it on the kitchen table so I could fish the broken parts from the generator. To my surprise gas began pouring from the generator. Now my wife is pissed. I contacted Amazon to try to get a resolution only to be told it was a nonreturnable item and I would have to contact the manufacturer. Good luck with that! They don't answer the phone number provided and the only response i got through email so far is suggestions on what the issues might be. 🤔 Amazon needs to step in and make this right. Refund my money or send me a working nondefected generator. Update: Amazon did provide a refund! Thanks

So far so good. Three pools and it started right up on recreation 90 no ethanol fuel. Plugged it into the boat and it’s running the air conditioning unit without any problem.. not whisper, quiet. It’s easy to handle to move around and the fact that it has the 30 amp receptacle and higher output at steady 3500 continuous makes it much more versatile than my 2200 harbor freight predator. The predator has been an outstanding unit, but this one was less expensive. Currently the predator cost about $600 and this one was about $500.

When I got the generator out of the box and got it ready to to it would not run on eco or anything with the chock off then it would not run at all . I took the side cover off and it had a loss wire no the control panel. Put it on and it runs fine.
