I bought this K KENSONE 40" Mini Spring Trampoline with the purple resistance band for lymphatic drainage and low-impact workouts, and I absolutely love it! Setting it up was a breeze—it took about 7 minutes with no tools needed, thanks to the clear video instructions. This trampoline offers an incredible full-body workout that gets my blood pumping, even in just 5-minute sessions. I initially tried using it with socks, but I highly recommend going barefoot, wearing grip socks, or using tennis shoes for better traction and safety. While I love the spring design, I might consider a slightly larger size next time since I have plenty of space. A bungee-style trampoline could also be a good alternative for those who want a softer, quieter bounce, but this spring version is perfect for its purpose. Love this! I purchased this for lymphatic drainage and getting some “movement” in; the build quality is fantastic; comes mostly pre-assembled with the springs already attached and I had my 10 year old set it up in under 10 minutes. Just unfold (folds in half), screw on the legs, attach the suction cups to the bottoms of each leg and you’re good to go! It has a nice firm bounce; not extra firm or loose, but “just right” you could definitely get a great exercise on this with the included resistance band. It has a nice size; easily store away when legs are removed and folded flat or could go under a bed or in a closet. Great functionality and “tool” for the price, I’ll recommend this brand to friends and family! They include a QR for instructions/troubleshooting which I’ll share in my photos :)

Pros: So far, it’s nice and quiet. Good tension Fairly easy to assemble. Comes with exercise band. Has wider anti slip bases on the legs. Has a weight rating of 330 pounds. Cons: As far as I could tell the exercise band was a latex band, which I can’t use so that was kind of a bummer. Comments: It’s important to put the cover on before the legs. It’s much more complicated the other way round. Instructions said how to put springs on, but mine came with springs already attached, which was really nice.

This trampoline is fairly easy to put together and functions well. It has tall legs to allow for vigorous jumping, yet more mellow rebounding works well on this product as well. Balance bar and legs can easily screw off so that this can easily be slipped behind or under something for storage if not in use for a while. There are also brief instructions showing how to use these accessories. So this is really a kit with a lot more exercise options than just jumping/rebounding. I'm happy with this product and with the unexpected accessories to give lots of additional exercise options. Great product, good value, recommended

The cover that surrounds the perimeter already has holes in it. We've only used it a few times since purchasing it earlier this month. We did get the protection coverage, but good luck with that. I submitted info via a chat & had to do it again online & have received no confirmation of receipt of complaint.
