I got the trampoline for exercising by myself and was my kid it’s super stable. The size is on pond. It’s not too big but also not too small so you have a little bit of space of jumping around and you can have fun and the best part is that it has like a little railing you can hold onto especially for a kid. This is very light weight, was easy to assemble, and takes up minimal space. Don't use the bar for support while jumping, only for light balance correction. The rebounder is not heavy enough to stabilize itself when you put weight on the bar. I also noticed when using it there are some noises coming from the springs, kind of like they are stretching out or trying to de-tach from the base. I am 5'5" and weigh 120 pounds so it's not close to the 330 pounds it says it's rated for. I will continue to use it, it just freaks me out a little bit that one of the springs is going to come loose. ... show more

I have osteoarthritis of my knees & this does prevent the impact of walking from compressing my knee joints. I do wear knee braces with sturdy side support to prevent the joints from slipping out of place. To get the padding on the springs you have to install the padding with the legs sit on the couch with it leaning on your legs & stretch the padding leg hole over the threaded part & screw the leg on to hold it then stretch the next hole to the threaded part & screw the leg on to hold it in place. Go all the way around putting the padding on with each leg. The size is a little big for my living room, it seems very sturdy. I dance with Richard Simmons, Jazzercise, & Zumba on it. I’m a senior citizen with a knee replacement. Was told this would be good exercise since it’s low impact. It is certainly that but I personally think it doesn’t have much give, making it difficult for me to do much on it. I wish it wasn’t so tight in order to do more.
