I was able to put it together by myself (49 yo female). It was no small feat and was quite the workout in itself. I ended up watching a video on how to put the bungees on which was helpful. Quality is good. Came well packaged. For the price point I would recommend this rebounder. I am glad I chose the 40 inch as I think 48 would be too cumbersome. The 40 has plenty of surface space for your feet to move around.

I researched these little trampolines for weeks, watched youtube reviews, pondered if I should buy a nice one for $$$ or try this entry-level amazon option...I chose this item, and so far so good. Mainly this is for my child. I was very concerned about the assembly, and wow, it went just fine, because I carefully diligently followed the instructions from the video supplied by the manufacturer here on amazon. It's a video of a guy in white sneakers going around the circle of the mini-tramp and you gotta do it just like he does, one at 12 oclock, 6 oclock, etc. I watched the whole video, then referenced it during assembly. I had no problems. bonus assembly tips: once you put in one of these bungees, notice the plastic ball is going a certain way, and maintain that way (the guy in the video has all the plastic balls going the same direction.) and I'm really sorry I watched Kevin's video and wanted to appreciate his tips, but he is installing the bungees around the legs, and that is incorrect per the official video. I wore eye protection! and I was careful manipulating that tool around. the video guy is a pro, I found it took effort to yank around the bungees, but I am a weakling and old and did just fine. Probably more than 15 minutes but fewer than 30 to build the thing. It smelled weird and like intense black rubber out of the box and I was annoyed but it aired out very quickly and I'd say the odor is no problem and dissipates quickly. The model I purchased does not fold. I didn't get one with a stabilizing bar.

Had for a few months and both my husband and i use it regularly- for quick lil jumps in the morning before work or more choreographed workouts on the weekends. It’s such an easy way to work more exercise /mobility into your everyday. Bounces are smooth/ gentle on our knees and we feel safe on it. Luckily we have the space to just leave it out on the floor or lean it against the wall.

Easy to assemble if you first attach the bands to all of the poles (not completely on - do that with these bands last) and follow the advice of other reviewers with pictures doing opposite sides. Took me about 30-40 minutes by myself to assemble using the longer tool only (my husband was home but I didn't need to ask him for help). The bounce is a little stiff but it's working for me. I'm glad it does not fold - it is very sturdy. I move mine from room to room and do need to screw the legs in tighter from time to time, but it's not a problem. I got a 48 inch and I'm glad I did not get anything smaller, partly b/c I think the bounce is looser in the middle on the bigger one (I'm 44, 5'10.5", 160 pounds, size 12 women's feet). I like not having to worry about stepping through the bands and I wouldn't like the swishing sound of the cloth cover that some have. I'm glad I did not get the bar although I sort of wish my 72 year old mother-in-law could try it with the bar - I don't need help with balance. We put ours in our keeping room off of our kitchen and my 10 and 13 year old boys frequently jump on it as well. It was worth buying - just don't forget your kegels and to double up two medium support sports bras for comfort! This trampoline gives you a lot of steps in a short period of time. I'm burning a lot more calories than I used to according to my Apple Watch! I do have a hard time keeping my heart rate up as high as I would like though - I'm usually in zone 1 unless I do high knees and get really active on it. It's much easier to get my heart rate up on my elliptical machine! It is really quiet and I can wear headphones on it with no problem!

This was a well thought out impulse buy. It brings back childhood memories of the trampoline. The rebounder was fairly easy to put together, and stable on our wood floors. It does not fold, however fits in the closet under the stars. Also doubles as a dog bed when we leave it out.

This thing is FUN! I bought it to exercise on but I forgot I don’t like exercising. It’s in my living room now and all the kids and their friends jump on it. I don’t regret it because it is fun and held my big body just fine (almost 200 lbs). Maybe I’ll use it again when I get motivated or miserable again.

stable, quiet, sturdy. Big enough to be effective, and though I might want a larger bouncing surface for functionality, I know I can't fit a larger rebounder in my space so it is just right. Makes getting cardio way more fun, particularly when the weather is extreme.
