When I read other comments about assembly, I hesitated to purchase, but I'm so glad I did! The quality is great and after everything I've read, "rebounding" is wonderful for helping with lymphatic circulation/drainage (which for those of us with autoimmune issues or going through chemotherapy, is critical.) And, I swear there's something about jumping that just makes you happy. Have you ever seen anyone on a tramp without a grin??? Yes, it's a bit of a challenge to set up, but I'm 61, 120 lbs and with a bit of effort and attitude, I nailed it solo in about an hour! The bungees can be hard to attach, but this is also what gives the tramp its quality bounce. Here are a few things I figured out to make the process easier: 1) Read the instructions before you even begin. This will give you an idea of the overall process. 2) EVEN BEFORE YOU START, GIVE ALL THE BUNGEES A GOOD LATERAL TUG AS MUCH AS YOU CAN TO LOOSEN THEM UP A BIT. (This is the part that can save you a bit of time and energy and I only figured it out well into the process :)) 3) Attach the springs according to the directions for the first twelve or so springs (i.e. in exact order of the diagram... this keeps the spacing from mat to bar at equal distances. (Note: the attachment balls face on the underside of the mat....you'll figure this out, but just saving you time.) 4) When it starts to get a bit challenging, prop the tramp at an angle on a wall or piece of furniture with the underside facing towards you as shown in the directions, and start using the enclosed tool. Again, you'll figure it out, but the two prongs (face you) and attach to the bungee (at the end farthest from the ball) and, with the tool, you'll pull the bungee up and over the bar, then pull HARD using your body weight to get it around the ball. 5) The directions have a diagram numbering the order of the bungees to attach. I found this hard to keep track of because you need to keep rotating the tramp on the wall for your leverage. After the first twelve bungees or so, I just started looking at the space between the mat and the frame and would attach the next bungee where I saw more space (i.e. to help pull the mat more to center.). Another option would be to use masking tape or stickers and number the positions on the frame to the diagram so you didn't have to deal with losing track when you rotated the tramp. 6) When you get to the last third of so, the pulling gets easier! 7) If you can't do it on your own, find a neighbor or a friend and ask for help. It's worth it and kindness is always a gift to the giver. Enjoy!!!

Ok, so I will say that it's true that this was a little bit of a pain to assemble. My boyfriend, his brother, and I assembled it together and got it put together in about 30 minutes. I will say, I normally like to do things myself, so I understand the temptation to do that. But trust me, just get some help. I bought this because we are stuck in quarantine in NYC in a one bedroom apartment with no access to a gym of any kind. I'm wary of jogging outside because of #germs. So this is perfect. I was inspired to buy one of these from a Busy Philips instagram story she posted doing a Lekfit workout. Also, we're bouncing off the walls and need an outlet for some of this energy. After it was put together, I was already obsessed. It's super quiet. I doubt that my upstairs or downstairs neighbors will hear a peep. It's also really sturdy and good for the price. This was so cheap! I was a little worried about feeling like I was going to fall through or feeling like it was going to fall apart immed...but I feel confident it's good! I did a Lekfit workout, and it was wonderful. I got crazy sweaty and burned ~400 calories (according to my apple watch). I highly recommend this thing, ESPECIALLY if you're trapped inside like we are!

It is a very good product and I've use comparison photos up here to show you what trampoline it replaced. It was spring loaded. This new Bungie one has the lousiest tool to put it together with. It is very hard on your hands and if you do not have the strength to do it you better hire a big strong Scotsman with arms like mine. I'm no body builder but neither am I a small person and I've been in trades and careers that you had to have a lot of strength and your upper and lower extremities. Let me tell you, I even had difficulties putting it together for my wife and she's no small woman and she has very strong herself. I finally worked out a method using my feet to hold it from the bottom and she held it from the top. Using the cheap wire tool with this method I was able to get a bigger stretch on the bungees to turn around and catch them and lock them in. I told her to wait till morning because we were tired and it was evening. I was going to look for a tool to use for leverage or make one. However it was very cold so I wasn't really you going to stay out in the garage that long so we proceeded to put it together next day with the method I mentioned above. It is faster and easier than what they show you in their video. I really wish we could demonstrate with a video but I've got it all put together, she loves using it and I don't think either one of those plans on taking it apart to show you LOL. On a final note you may also have to bend the semi round structures to make them fit in two each other. They must have had some leprechaun running the lever at the tube bending press. You can bend these to fit by putting your weight on top and pushing. I weigh about 225 and I'm about 6 or 6-1 depending on the doctor I go to so you can imagine does take some strength to do this and maybe a little weight. It is made and exported from China. Which means yeah things aren't going to be totally according to Hoyle and you may want to disinfect the box and all the parts when he gets in! This darn Coronavirus!
