  • GREAT LITTLE REBOUNDER
I bought this rebounder in 2019 and still use it. I liked it so much that I recently bought another one for my elderly mother. The new one came with a adjustable stability bar. The rebounders are quiet and firm. The assembly is kind of a workout. But once it is put together it is a nice unit. Nice price and great customer service. ... show more

  • Nice rebounder, assembly just requires patience. Nice rebounder, assembly just requires patience.
Color: 40" Round Blue(Have Handle)
My initial impression is that the rebounder is quite good quality. All parts were there and well packaged. The bungee loop installation requires correct technique and reasonably strong hands. I think those who broke the tool probably put excessive stress on it when levering the loop over the ball. It took me about 40 minutes from unpacking to completion. I suggest the following steps: (note that Amazon posts photos out of order- sorry) First, definitely follow the instructions wrt the order of loop installation Second, leave about 1/2" of cord visible on the ball end (photo) (makes it easier for tool to hook the ball) Third, slide the tool into the elastic loop until about three inches of the hook end is above the rim. Fourth, pivot the tool 90 degrees until it hooks the ball and then pull the ball towards the rim just a bit. Finally, holding the tool handle close to the rim, pivot another 90 degrees until the loop slips over the ball. Hope this is helpful ... show more

  • Totally worth it! Read my assembly tips! Totally worth it! Read my assembly tips!
I've had this a week and absolutely love it! That's not a lot of time but I thought I'd share anyway. I can't say enough good things about this rebounder and I don't write a whole lot of reviews but wanted to share my tips on assembly. Here's all the info I can offer you at this point. I'll start off with the assembly since that's probably what you are wanting to know about first. 1. You must absolutely wear gloves during assembly otherwise you will really hurt your hands and that's never worth it. I used my rubber coated garden gloves and they worked great. 2. I am 150 lb decently in shape female and put this together myself. I highly recommend you assemble this upside down on carpet or mat. Assemble diagonally. I tried to stretch the bungees upright like the dude in the picture and there was no way that was going to happen. 3. Instead, I laid this down on my workout matt upside down. I put my foot on the middle of the mat and my other foot on the edge of the frame. Make sure you let your foot up enough a couple of times before pulling the bungee fully so it has a bit more slack. Then hold tight with your feet. I used the pulling tool to get underneath the frame, wrap it around the outside of the frame and then around the plastic ball. Sometimes it took some a couple of tries to get it to grab fully. Just maneuver the ball a bit so the bungee will wrap it. 4. Use your body to pull and do it swiftly until you get all of them attached. 5. Don't forget to go back and attach the bungees wrapped around the legs. They need to be stretched the same as the rest. I worked up a sweat putting this together, not gonna lie, but it's completely doable and not hard once you get it going. Don't use your arm muscles because it won't work. Use your body leverage!!! I assembled this in about 45 minutes. Once I got it down to a science I was off and running. I'm 150 lbs female and I use this using bare feet for about 30 minutes each workout. In one 36 minute session this week I burned 382 calories. If I were on my bike trainer for the same amount of time, which I usually am, I would be fried and burn less calories (around 285 according to my garmin watch). However, I could have gone another 30 minutes on this rebounder easily. The bike... I would have been wiped. This rebounder is super sturdy and has just enough bounce. It's also super quiet. I feel so so so good when bouncing on this thing. I think it has already helped with my mood and I can tell it's tightened my stomach, and I'm already in decent shape but working on my tum. It came with an extra bungee which is awesome in case one breaks but to be honest I don't see that happening anytime soon. It seems really sturdy to me. Hope this was helpful! If there are any changes to my opinion on this rebounder I'll post an update. ... show more

  • Great Quality and Value: Love it!!! (Read on for assembly tips)
Color: 40" Round Blue (NO Handle)
When I read other comments about assembly, I hesitated to purchase, but I'm so glad I did! The quality is great and after everything I've read, "rebounding" is wonderful for helping with lymphatic circulation/drainage (which for those of us with autoimmune issues or going through chemotherapy, is critical.) And, I swear there's something about jumping that just makes you happy. Have you ever seen anyone on a tramp without a grin??? Yes, it's a bit of a challenge to set up, but I'm 61, 120 lbs and with a bit of effort and attitude, I nailed it solo in about an hour! The bungees can be hard to attach, but this is also what gives the tramp its quality bounce. Here are a few things I figured out to make the process easier: 1) Read the instructions before you even begin. This will give you an idea of the overall process. 2) EVEN BEFORE YOU START, GIVE ALL THE BUNGEES A GOOD LATERAL TUG AS MUCH AS YOU CAN TO LOOSEN THEM UP A BIT. (This is the part that can save you a bit of time and energy and I only figured it out well into the process :)) 3) Attach the springs according to the directions for the first twelve or so springs (i.e. in exact order of the diagram... this keeps the spacing from mat to bar at equal distances. (Note: the attachment balls face on the underside of the mat....you'll figure this out, but just saving you time.) 4) When it starts to get a bit challenging, prop the tramp at an angle on a wall or piece of furniture with the underside facing towards you as shown in the directions, and start using the enclosed tool. Again, you'll figure it out, but the two prongs (face you) and attach to the bungee (at the end farthest from the ball) and, with the tool, you'll pull the bungee up and over the bar, then pull HARD using your body weight to get it around the ball. 5) The directions have a diagram numbering the order of the bungees to attach. I found this hard to keep track of because you need to keep rotating the tramp on the wall for your leverage. After the first twelve bungees or so, I just started looking at the space between the mat and the frame and would attach the next bungee where I saw more space (i.e. to help pull the mat more to center.). Another option would be to use masking tape or stickers and number the positions on the frame to the diagram so you didn't have to deal with losing track when you rotated the tramp. 6) When you get to the last third of so, the pulling gets easier! 7) If you can't do it on your own, find a neighbor or a friend and ask for help. It's worth it and kindness is always a gift to the giver. Enjoy!!! ... show more

  • Good quality and value for the cost!
Color: 48" Round Blue (NO Handle)
4.5 MONTH UPDATE: My kids and I are still using this every day. It gives me a lot of steps quickly, and it's still fun. I am much more likely to use this than my elliptical (partly b/c I have it right off my kitchen under a ceiling fan, and b/c it doesn't hurt my feet). I go on and off all day. I found my sweet spot in firmness to have 12 bungees removed (I took the ones near the joints off b/c they rub and I think would fray eventually anyway.). I did add back 4 thinner bungees that I had randomly gotten off Amazon previously that happen to work with the ball system attachment. I use the Indoor Jog setting on my Apple Watch and it automatically pauses and unpauses my workout, which is nice since I have to get off to pee several times per workout. I'd definitely still recommend it for a budget shopper or someone just wanting to see if rebounding is something you'll do regularly and enjoy. Over time, it's no longer silent, it's a bit squeaky, but not a deal-breaker for me. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Easy to assemble if you first attach the bands to all of the poles (not completely on - do that with these bands last) and follow the advice of other reviewers with pictures doing opposite sides. Took me about 30-40 minutes by myself to assemble using the longer tool only (my husband was home but I didn't need to ask him for help). The bounce is a little stiff but it's working for me. I'm glad it does not fold - it is very sturdy. I move mine from room to room and do need to screw the legs in tighter from time to time, but it's not a problem. I got a 48 inch and I'm glad I did not get anything smaller, partly b/c I think the bounce is looser in the middle on the bigger one (I'm 44, 5'10.5", 160 pounds, size 12 women's feet). I like not having to worry about stepping through the bands and I wouldn't like the swishing sound of the cloth cover that some have. I'm glad I did not get the bar although I sort of wish my 72 year old mother-in-law could try it with the bar - I don't need help with balance. We put ours in our keeping room off of our kitchen and my 10 and 13 year old boys frequently jump on it as well. It was worth buying - just don't forget your kegels and to double up two medium support sports bras for comfort! This trampoline gives you a lot of steps in a short period of time. I'm burning a lot more calories than I used to according to my Apple Watch! I do have a hard time keeping my heart rate up as high as I would like though - I'm usually in zone 1 unless I do high knees and get really active on it. It's much easier to get my heart rate up on my elliptical machine! It is really quiet and I can wear headphones on it with no problem! ... show more

  • Sturdy and safe feeling
Color: A 40" Round Pink (NO Handle)
Can be a bit confusing at first to put together, but once you begin to understand the instructions it assembles quickly. Very good quality for me and my husband. My kids love to burn some energy on it as well. It is very sturdy and has no pinching points on it where my kids would normally pinch their fingers on other trampolines. ... show more

  • So Far So Good So Far So Good
Color: 40" Round Blue (NO Handle)
40”-I definitely prefer this one with the bungees over the rebounders with springs. It’s super quiet. Assembly was a little annoying. I’m definitely grateful for a video that was submitted on here to refer to.

  • Excellent Fitness Tool
Color: 48" Round Pink (NO Handle)
Edit: After initially wanting to return, I am updating this to five stars. That straight out of the box tension loosened with just a bit of use. I initially thought it would be too firm for rebounding, but it works well for small, quick movements with your feet close to the mat. I do not like to move quickly or raise my heart rate, but this makes short spurts enjoyable. It is sturdy enough to tight rope around the rim. I put this together by myself in under 40 minutes. After you attach the first bungee, go 180° across and attach the second. Then move 90° for the third, and go 180° across from that for the fourth. This way you are evenly distributing the tension. I bought this 48 inch trampoline because the cost was less than buying softer bungees for a 39 inch trampoline that I’ve had for 15 years. The firmness and extra space makes this perfect for a variety of other strength training and mobility exercises. I am 5‘10“ and weight 135, and I can even use this for side lunges with my feet on opposite sides of the bar. It also works well for downward dog and pretty much any other stretch or exercise I’ve tried. The firmness is nice for one legged balance work. It also works as a ballet bar when standing on its side. ... show more
