I've gotten some use by sheer luck but it's essentially useless as the receiver does not work at all sometimes and doesn't even want to charge. Edit ( Update) The seller contacted me and offered me a choice of a refund or replacement. As I am in a homeschool program with a choir and speech/presentation class I really needed it and so I opted for a replacement. I feel badly because I took a while to write the follow up after receiiving the replacement ( and we know what point is there for sellers to try to improve their service and products if customers are unreasonable or show no appreciation once they do. So now I am leaving my feedback here, finally. My initial review left a single star as my receiver in particular was DOA. It worked once and no more after that. Now I have the replacement...the seller was polite while discussing the resolution of the issue. The seller was more polite than Amazon customer service regarding another product, btw,..... I received my microphones on the day promised, quickly It came new, in perfect condition in the package All pieces were present etc The product (microphones perform flowlessly) The product has good weight and look very nice Quickly and seamlessly linked to my speakers Great sound BAD The RECEIVER (as I told the seller was a concern for me)...ONLY WORKS WHEN CHARGED...the receiver never NEVER gets a green charge light, ever. I suspect all January and possibly February shipments to this seller is sabatoged. These are duds. I sense the seller has nothing to do with this and is experiencing a problem in the production flow that they have no control over or have no idea how or why this is happening yet. I am enjoying the product but with its inherent flow out of the box, as the box before it I can NEVER use the receiver outside or anyplace where it is not plugged into a wall. So my systems from January 2025 are (all/plug locked) meaning, no use is possible without being close to a plug/outlet. As the seller was so honest, so polite, so gracious and I am currently enjoying the product. I cannot possibly leave only one star. That's not right, but I can only give three because the product, however, pretty and excellent while plugged in...is not at all mobile...so I am greatly limited in its use. I wasn't planning on using it outside...but I paid for a product with that ability, just in case. Anyway, if you don't mind a wall/plug locked product go for it but understand you run a 50 percent risk that it won't work at all due to the reiciever. Note: If anyone or seller reads this...please inform the seller that the product came to my home twice with receiver issues. I am concerned for the entire batch, I surely hope this is not the case for the seller...especially since they seem so nice. But its starting to look like January shipments and February shipments may get a bunch of complaints. I sincerely hope the seller is able to find out what is going on so they can resume business success as I am sure the seller is not also the manufacturer. :) Excellent product ( if your receiver works)

I purchased this Zerfun microphone set (4 mics + receiver) in November 2024. It worked fine for the first two months, but then all four microphones started producing constant disruptive noise. I followed all troubleshooting steps in the manual, but nothing helped. Zerfun claims to offer 24-hour customer support, but I never got any response despite multiple attempts to contact them through their chat. The lack of post-sales support is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the return window has closed, and I’m now stuck with a defective product and no way to exchange or repair it. I strongly urge Amazon to review sellers like this who don’t back their products after the sale. Very disappointed. Seller reached out to me after this feedback and refunded money back with promise of further improvements in customer support.

Did not like it!!! The sound is good enough once set up, but every time you turn it on it will create a huge feedback and noise unless you put the volume down to minimum. And I didn’t like that!
