    • The Reciever Is DOA (Updated Review)
Style: 4 Mics Color: Grey & Red
I've gotten some use by sheer luck but it's essentially useless as the receiver does not work at all sometimes and doesn't even want to charge. Edit ( Update) The seller contacted me and offered me a choice of a refund or replacement. As I am in a homeschool program with a choir and speech/presentation class I really needed it and so I opted for a replacement. I feel badly because I took a while to write the follow up after receiiving the replacement ( and we know what point is there for sellers to try to improve their service and products if customers are unreasonable or show no appreciation once they do. So now I am leaving my feedback here, finally. My initial review left a single star as my receiver in particular was DOA. It worked once and no more after that. Now I have the replacement...the seller was polite while discussing the resolution of the issue. The seller was more polite than Amazon customer service regarding another product, btw,..... I received my microphones on the day promised, quickly It came new, in perfect condition in the package All pieces were present etc The product (microphones perform flowlessly) The product has good weight and look very nice Quickly and seamlessly linked to my speakers Great sound BAD The RECEIVER (as I told the seller was a concern for me)...ONLY WORKS WHEN CHARGED...the receiver never NEVER gets a green charge light, ever. I suspect all January and possibly February shipments to this seller is sabatoged. These are duds. I sense the seller has nothing to do with this and is experiencing a problem in the production flow that they have no control over or have no idea how or why this is happening yet. I am enjoying the product but with its inherent flow out of the box, as the box before it I can NEVER use the receiver outside or anyplace where it is not plugged into a wall. So my systems from January 2025 are (all/plug locked) meaning, no use is possible without being close to a plug/outlet. As the seller was so honest, so polite, so gracious and I am currently enjoying the product. I cannot possibly leave only one star. That's not right, but I can only give three because the product, however, pretty and excellent while plugged in...is not at all mobile...so I am greatly limited in its use. I wasn't planning on using it outside...but I paid for a product with that ability, just in case. Anyway, if you don't mind a wall/plug locked product go for it but understand you run a 50 percent risk that it won't work at all due to the reiciever. Note: If anyone or seller reads this...please inform the seller that the product came to my home twice with receiver issues. I am concerned for the entire batch, I surely hope this is not the case for the seller...especially since they seem so nice. But its starting to look like January shipments and February shipments may get a bunch of complaints. I sincerely hope the seller is able to find out what is going on so they can resume business success as I am sure the seller is not also the manufacturer. :) Excellent product ( if your receiver works) ... show more

I would like to start my review saying: Woow! Usually, I've been pretty reluctant with those set of mics, set of 2, 3, 4, etc, with the same receiver, because at first all the mics, it is suppose that have the same Volume level, the same EQ, but that it's not good, because every mic, should be adjusted in volume and EQ independently because every singer has different needs. I had a wireless system for mics like this system, although the sound was not bad, it was pretty frustrating to have the same level for both mics, and didn't work for me to use them. Now, this wireless system, I loved, I liked a lot! The quality is pretty good enough for a standard use, not precisely for big super professional stages, but for Sunday service at the church, is pretty good for example. Every mic, can have it own volume, bass, treble control, and also a "Echo" control (Delay Effect) and really was not so bad that effect, having a 1/4 plug to be connected to the mixer. I liked a lot the design of every microphone and the receiver too. Nice colors, nice design, well made, I can see a good quality of the material that were constructed. Also, I liked that includes the anti-pop for every microphone (foam windscreen), and also that I never saw before called "Anti-skid" that I could see pretty useful to avoid the mics could be rolling if you leave the mic on the table or in the pulpit or other area, avoiding accidents to break the microphone. Includes the cables to charge the receiver and the mics. About the transmitter I liked a lot, the design, the display of leds to show the signal of every mic that is connected/paired. Seems to be that the max distance is about more than 160ft. That's good enough! (opened area). The battery last pretty well for long time, We don't have to worry for changing batteries that usually happens. With these mics, just give a charge before to every event that you may have, and also in every mic, you can see how much charge has. Just one thing that really got me a little "worried", not a big deal is the frequency of transmission 2,400Ghz. That in other wireless devices, you can make adjustments to set the frequency with little adjustments, just in case of some kind of conflict with other devices, and this receiver and mics, are set for 2,4Ghz, it's good. Maybe I'm just confused about it, it's not a big deal and I hope not to have any wireless conflict with other signal or to have some "mix" in the audio receiving other frequencies. Pretty well recommended this set. ... show more

    • Disruptive Noise After 2 Months – No Customer Support from Zerfun
Style: 4 Mics Color: Grey & Red
I purchased this Zerfun microphone set (4 mics + receiver) in November 2024. It worked fine for the first two months, but then all four microphones started producing constant disruptive noise. I followed all troubleshooting steps in the manual, but nothing helped. Zerfun claims to offer 24-hour customer support, but I never got any response despite multiple attempts to contact them through their chat. The lack of post-sales support is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the return window has closed, and I’m now stuck with a defective product and no way to exchange or repair it. I strongly urge Amazon to review sellers like this who don’t back their products after the sale. Very disappointed. Seller reached out to me after this feedback and refunded money back with promise of further improvements in customer support. ... show more

    • A great 4-pack of wireless mics. I love the sound.
Style: 4 Mics Color: Grey & Red
Item: 4 Rechargeable Wireless Microphones, Pro Handheld Cordless Mics System with ECHO Treble BASS VOL Control for Karaoke Singing Church Party, 1/4'' Output, Grey&Red Packaging: Packaging was ok. The items were boxed and padded for shipping protection. Material Quality: The device is mostly plastic on the outside. The mic grill is metal and the connectors are metal. Assembly/Build Quality: The mics are light weight but seem well made. The receiver unit is also pretty solid and well made. Marketing Material: The images posted with this listing (at the time of this review) represent the product well. There is no misrepresenting here and everything is as it looks in the picture. Functionality: I really like these mics. They sound really good and have lots of features. I really like the fact that each mic can adjust its own volume, treble, base and reverb. It is also really nice that you can use all four mics on one receiver. Each mic can adjust its frequency if needed and all have rechargeable batteries. The kit also includes some nice accessories such as the wind screens and mic rings. There are also included cables for charging. The audio quality is good and with the features the mics have these have easily became my favorite karaoke mics and I have a LOT of different mics. Price: This item is listed (at the time of this review) for $116.99 sale price ($129.99 actual price). This four pack is priced cheaper than other four packs and the sale price is even better. No issues with the price of this kit. Likes: I really like the sound of these mics. They give you that edge when doing karaoke because you can really dial in your desired sound. Dislikes: I do not really have any dislikes of this kit. Overall: I would definitely recommend this mic kit. The mics sound really good and have lots of features. They are rechargeable which is a must for me and come with some nice accessories. The price is good compared to other 4-pack kits. I highly recommend these for things like karaoke or public speaking. I don’t vouch for their quality if you are trying to record professionally but they may still stand out as decent. ... show more
