Works great. I actually added what I term a "sacrificial" strip of Velcro (bought at any hardware/ big box store) to the bottom of the this strap after installed onto my motorcycle boots. This way, the "sacrificial strip" takes the wear & tear when walking, etc thereby saving your strap.

These are a great product. I kept scuffing my boots from shifting and these made a big difference. I already misplaced 2, so having 4 in a pack definitely helped me.
