We first purchased this bike for my 11 yr old's birthday. I accidentally purchased PINK, but kept it because that was literally mom's fault (oops). We had a little trouble getting the gas to go through the line, but realized the line was pinched by the gas tank (watch out for that if you're having the issue). Unfortunately, we noticed the packaging was a little messed up, but shrugged it off...when adjusting the handlebars, both the front forks were weak and bent inward. I immediately got in contact with the seller and they were so SURPRISINGLY helpful. They had me drop it at a shipping location and took care of everything else, label, cost, shipping. As soon as they received notice that the package was scanned in the system, they sent a replacement. Not only did they replace it, they sent him th cameo green one instead of pink. My son is 4'10" tall, 135 lbs. I am 5'8", 155 lbs. This cycle can GOOOOOO. The only issues that we encountered from the two mini bikes are the pinched gas line and the weak forks. I know that things get banged up in delivery, so I don't hold the fork against them since they had a replacement to my door within 10 days from me telling them we had an issue with the first bike. Customer service was so helpful, the bike runs really smoothly, it could comfortably carry 180 lbs (still pumping to get up a hill). I had put my 47 lb 5 yr old on my lap to take him for a ride. I HIGHLY recommend this company, highly recommend this mini bike. I DID get offered a refund OR replacement am 100% satisfied with the replacement. Not only does it look great, it runs great. The frame is very sturdy. I also think it showed great customer service that the seller actually took the time to read my messages and note that I accidentally got the pink, so he sent the camo green. If you ar considering a mini bike for a first time rider, I'd say do it. It is the perfect size for my 5 yr old, but can also fit my bigger 11 yr old! I'll try to get ahold of my old phone and edit this review to include pictures and a video!

Well, it was fun while it lasted until the plastic pull start mechanism broke. We are still waiting to hear back about getting a replacement part after sending several videos trying to figure out what the issue even was. Seems like an easy enough fix. I will change my review if it’s able to be fixed. We haven’t heard from anyone in 3 days, and I understand it’s the holiday season, but I wish I didn’t let my son talk me into buying this.

It wasn't quite as big as I was hoping for but it has turned out to be a great learner for my kid. Has plenty of power for moving his 75 lbs and is geared low enough you don't have to worry about a kid braking hard to slow down.

Bought for my 11 yr old (small for her age) and she loves it. All the neighbor kids come outside when she rides it because they want to ride it too. It's been a big hit in the neighborhood! All I did was put the handle bars on and put some gas in it. Super easy!

Bolts were open and not contained in the box. We lifted the motor bike out of the box and all the screws and nuts dropped everywhere. We were missing a box and there’s no telling if it fell out the side of the box or not because the tape for shipping didn’t hold and there was an opening in the creases of the box.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my daughter. The frame was sturdy, everything looked great, and was easy to assemble. My only complaint is the gas line was kinked up under the cover, but with a little work it was up running no problem.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Not even ten minutes into test riding it (I’m only 105 pounds,) before putting my 8 year old daughter on it, the entire front tire came off and wedged itself where the front fender goes. Throwing me off and sliding my right side into the pavement. Prior to testing it, I went through the entire manual step by step and did/checked everything as it recommended. I’m so glad it was me and not my daughter this happened to. I also ride and own a 650cc motorcycle, so I am not oblivious to riding a bike. Highly disappointed and glad it didn’t immediately ruin riding for my kid.
