This is a great tent for casual camping or when you need a light and convenient tent to carry with you. It was very easy to set up. I laid out the tent, staked the 4 corners, then assembled the support poles and ran them through the center loop, crossing. From there I just inserted the corner pins into each respective pole end, raised them up, and snapped the tent attachments into place. The protective cover is equally easy to install, but you will need to note which end goes over the door or you'll find the door blocked! With the cover off, the mesh top provides lots of ventilation. A small zippered door on the back of the tent provides a convenient place to load gear, let pets out, etc. There are some mesh pockets in the tend, and a pocketed opening to allow an electric cord to pass into the tent should you want an electric fan, heater, light, etc. I thought the front door mat was a neat idea - a great place to leave your shoes. You'll need to be a little careful with the zippers, and I would avoid wearing shoes in the tent to protect the floor, but overall I found the quality to be comparable to most light weight tents. ... show more

This Camping Tent is nice and good space. It comes with really easy instructions to follow and you can get it setup in less than 20 minutes. It also come with a bag for storage after each use. The space inside is enough for 4 persons. I like this Camping Tent but I giving 4 star because one of the strap is has a little tear after getting setup (see picture). This is an awesome tent so far. We got the tent for the solar eclipse in April so that we can hangout outside and protected from bugs while having a future option to use this for camping with thr kids, and I think it is cool that the entire top is screen mesh so that we can see the full sky (without the hood installed) and we can all see the solar eclipse while protected from mosquitos. I had previously set up the tent in thr yard for the kiddos and they loved camping in the backyard in this tent. The tent has pockets all over the place, it has a big ventilation window near the floor in the back and it even has a small door for power Inlet to come into the tent; that seems wild, but we ended up using that power port hole for the kids to bring some small lights and USB chargers... Pretty cool. Seems that it is well worth the money and a nice addition to our camping supplies. ... show more

I chose this item for our camping trip, when testing it out in the backyard I was pleased with the thickness of the fabric, the durability, and how it was much easier to set up than a few others that we have. The ventilation is especially useful for the Texas heat. All in all I am very pleased with this tent and will update if we have any quality issues but I honestly do not expect to have any issues. ... show more

When this arrived, we couldnt figure out how a tent could fit in the box it came in. But it did. We opened i and set it up in the living room to check it out. It set up very quickly and easily. We have a big tent, but we wanted a smaller one for overnights at the beach. This is great! I thought it was totally blacked out but under the rain cover the top is sheer and you can see the stars. The media could not be loaded. My brain could NOT wrap itself around a truly "black-out" TENT...unless there's no ventilation, no air flow. This tent shocked me. I made a video to show how utterly dark it is inside, and the only light (muted light, mind you; not refective light) is on the tent ceiling, and it gives off no light to the interior. I did spot a couple of tiny holes due to the darkness...but easy to remedy. The rain-fly can come off and half the sides and roof are completely mesh...totally open to fresh air. There's a small window at the bottom for even more air-flow. There's an electric cord inlet, and several hanging bags inside for storage; and tabs for hanging a lantern. What I liked most about this tent is the size...four people can sleep comfortably, touching...but still comfortable; and that pitching it was SO easy. The guy lines are attached; the poles are bent in all the right places; and it holds up extremely well in high wind. I'll waterproof mine, even though it looks and feels very water resistant.
