I’ve been working out more and with the weather getting slightly cooler, I wanted long sleeve tops that weren’t boxy. These were a good find! For reference, I’m 5'3", 150 lbs, 38DDD. I sized up to a large because I’m busty and the description mentioned a slim fit. I’m glad I did, it gave me a comfortable, fitted look without feeling too tight. You could stick to your usual size if you prefer a more compressive fit. The length sits just below my waist. It does not cover the bottom, so keep that in mind if you prefer longer tops, but that wasn’t an issue for me. The material is lightweight, stretchy, and comfortable for workouts. I also like that it comes in multiple colors so I can mix and match throughout the week. Since I sized up, the scoop neck sits a little lower, but it’s not revealing. I personally did not like these but it may just come down to personal preference. The material is thick, which is nice because they're not overly see through, they're soft, I just didn't like the fit. They weren't flattering on me at all. I can't exactly explain why but they just did not look good on me. And I will say they kind of have a weird smell to them. I've had them out of the bags for weeks and went to try them on again to see if maybe my mind had changed but they still have that smell and I still don't like them. ... show more

I love these shirts. I know that it says its an athletic shirt but I use them for work. I have to wear layers because it is really cold where I work. I work in nursing and these are great to wear under scrubs. One patient got peanut butter on my shirt, and I was able to wash it right out of my shirt, which is great because I have an allergy to peanut butter where even the smell can cause me to have a reaction. I went to the bathroom and washed it out with some soap and water. I dried it the best I could with paper towels afterward, and had to put it back on. It dried super fast, so I was able to be comfortable again quite quickly. They are very stretchy and soft, that you don't feel like your wearing anything. What I like best about these Yearntown tops is that you get a four pack in lovely colors. I got the set with the purple, the gray, the black and the navy. Three neutrals and a pop of color. I also like the U neckline. What I don't care for is the fabric these are made of. These tops are a polyester, spandex blend and are very stretchy. They are more of a compression top, at least on me. I got the XXL and they are so tight. I usually wear a 2X, but keep in mind that you may want to size up one or two sized for a looser fit. They seem to be made well, and they are long sleeved with thumb holes. They are a fairly thick material, no not see through. They do wick away the sweat, but they were so snug, they kept creeping up over my stomach. Definitely a shirt I would only wear under another because they are not a flattering fit on a person with a gut. If you can get the size right, they are a good deal for a four pack. ... show more

This is a nice set of basic shirts that are good for going to the gym and other types of workouts. The shirts can also work for daily wear if you like the way they fit and the feel of the material. The shirts do have a true "workout material" feel to them, they fit true to size, and they are pretty comfortable to wear. The shirts also have a nice stretch to them and don't seem to have any wrinkling when wearing. The color and appearance of the shirts match the product pictures and I like that they have thumb holes. I think these shirts serve their intended purpose and seem like pretty decent quality as well - they survived the washer and dryer just fine. Also, these shirts seem like a good value for the money, especially if you can get them on sale. Overall, I think consumers in the market for this type of item would be satisfied with this set of shirts. ... show more
