After using the Twist and Seal brand (very tight & hard to close without cutting out sections of internal rubber gaskets), I tried these. After a rainstorm, I found water pooled inside each of the covers. Fortunately not enough to cause a short. Pros: Much larger (can fit typical grounded extension cable ends easily) Much easier to open and close (and keep closed - other models would pop open from the pressure) Cons: Leaked - gaskets on ends only - no gasket along split halves Not sure about how durable they'll be long-term Excellent size - would benefit greatly from better sealing.
