First one arrived and smelled awful and wouldn't turn on. Contacted customer service and they just asked that we send a video of troubleshooting ideas that didn't work. We received a new one same week. Company asked for proof of disposal but sent us a new one before we were able to dispose of old one. New one works amazing. Holds about 5 boxes of 12 pack sodas.
