Needed a vacumn for my lineset on my mini split, worked great held the -30 pressure just fine, vacuumed for little over 15 min, I have since been told 20 min minimum. However just because you get it to hold the vacumn which I did for 4hrs and no drop , when I pressurized my lineset I had a slight leak I had to tighten flare, just be aware to check your line set with soap and or a leak detector which I did both.

Very affordable but I didn’t like how it doesn’t let you close the yellow hose resulting in loss of refrigerant if you’re not careful. Mine arrived with a bad oil leak all over the pump so there wasn’t enough oil to hit the minimum mark. Aside from that it all worked well. I can’t see this kit holding up after several uses but for a cheap diy solution it’s solid. The accessories are all very leaky and unnecessary. Except for the can tap

First time every working with freon. Did a change of a compressor needed to pull vacuum and fill unit back up. Was very easy with YouTube directions. Pump and gages worked great came with alot of assories.

I was able to use the manifold to install some Freon in my system, but the on-off valves on the high side and the low side. We’re not very smooth and operation and did not seem to close properly. The quick disconnects don’t clip on very well and actually leaked some Freon, the neural fittings on the hoses that you attach to the manifold need to be much tighter than you can do them with your finger so a tool would probably be recommended. I did not do that cause I didn’t want to destroy the brass. The GAUGES stuck in the pressure that they were last used once the system stabilized and I closed and opened the appropriate valve to allow it to bleed off the gauge state and its previous setting so in conclusion, I never got a chance to use the evacuation pump. I would not recommend this product. It’s very lightweight and in my opinion poorly made even for the money.

Gauges are pretty cheap but they do work just make sure you tighten everything really good, the valve on the high pressure side is stripped, luckily I don’t use it. The pump feels like it’s starting to over heat around the 30-40 minute mark. Probably be better off buying VEVOR or a different brand but they did get the job done.
