Description

3M Scotchprint Wrap Film Series 1080 Scotchprint Vinyls are long-term, removable, dual cast films are designed for solid color vehicle detailing, decoration and full wraps without graphic protection. This film's pressure- activated adhesive allows it to slide and be repositioned until firm pressure is applied. The non-visible air release channels assure fast, easy and virtually bubble-free installations. These vinyl films (minimum 3.5 mil) are sold in 60 inch rolls, allowing almost any section of a vehicle to be wrapped without seams.

My first time wrapping and I was able to do a partial hood wrap on my Tacoma with hood scoop fairly easily. It was forgiving as I had to stick/unstick quite a few times in certain areas. Holding up well in 70 deg to 20 deg weather so far (3 months).

This wrap is amazing. It goes on smooth and easy but, you should use a 3m squeegee, and a heat gun as well. I did make a few mistakes with my first time using the wrap. Specifically with the knifeless tape, once I figured out how to use the tape everything went smoothly. So make sure you practice a little before you do you actual project. I put stripes on the hood of my truck, I'm very pleased with the results. ... show more

It's a great product, I used it on my jeep, and it worked great , I am very happy with how it looks. It arrived really fast. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the package arrived a bit damage, but I was able to make use of all the wrap

Awesome product! With two people installing it on a hood it took less than 1-hr, with very limited use of a heat gun (blow dryer) really just for the last edges. Shipping came in as expected and product as described with no issues, including some basic instructions (but with youtube help made it easier). Installed one day, rained the next day and rest of the week and hasn't shown any issues as well. ... show more
