I really love this little machine. We have 3 Nigerian Dwarf mommas and this machine makes milking much easier! The machine is easy to set up and very portable. The suction cups fit our girls perfectly. It is a durable little machine that can take a few bumps but definitely recommend not letting it get tossed around and stepped on carelessly. It does take a little bit of learning to know how much suction and how long to milk; each of our girls prefers something different. The machine works on a vacuum system, so it takes about 15 seconds to get the excess air out and get good suction. I recommend hand milking just to get milk let down and the apply the machine. Make sure the suction cups fit snug against the udder or you won’t get good suction. The machine and parts disassemble easily for cleaning- but pay attention to how the pieces come apart- if you don’t put them back in the correct order/place you won’t get good suction. Be patient and don’t give up on this machine. For the price, this is hands down the best value. This machine has been wonderful for us!

Worked well for about 15 milking but noticed it not pumping till the end, the milk was backing up in the tubing. This morning it would not even latch so I had to hand milk. For the price I paid I expected more out of it. Full charge did not make a difference. I did purchase some time ago but have only now needed it after our latest kidding. AND what is [equally maddening is the company has not responded to the many requests for help] MY APOLOGIES, THE COMPANY DID REPLY BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND IT UNTIL TONIGHT. THEY ARE BEING PROACTIVE IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE. Will follow up with results.

Used this for a couple weeks last season and it worked fine. When kidding season was done I put it up and when I took it out this year, it won’t work. It’s charged and sounds like it’s working but there is no suction. I’ve spent a few hours trying to figure out why and it’s still not working. Too expensive to stop working that quickly

I have two goats that I milk twice daily. This doesn't totally clean them out, but serves as a 75-80% solution. I recharge every night so I don't know how long it will go on a charge. The stainless bucket cleans easily, although the hoses take a bit of time but a hose brush is included that does a good job. This is definitely a wrist saver.

I wanted to use this milker to milk my Nigerian Dwarf does. I could not get it to work. The company did not send good instructions on how to assemble or use it. The assembly wasn't difficult, everything was numbered. But, no matter what I did, or tried, I could not get the motor to create a proper suction. I emailed the company and they were quick to reply. I had to send in videos, and they offered some advice with the clamps. It still didn't work, so the company sent me a new motor to try. After waiting another week, the 2nd motor arrived, but it did not work properly either. No suction! I'm returning it for a full refund. In the meantime, I have no milker for my goats. It's been very disappointing.
