I bought it to replace a hose and regulator on a fairly new BBQ I had purchased that did not seem to heat very well. after replacing the old regulator I was extremely pleased with the BBQ and have not had any issues. The only reason I even entertained replacing the regulator and not returning the BBQ was that the size was perfect for the space I had set up for it. Pros: easy installation Worked perfect Cons: maybe a little too hot.
