Our family loves this bean bag! It is big enough for 4 of us and is nice when watching tv or playing games. It is soft and fairly easy to move considering the size. The foam filling is soft as well and has not lost its shape. The quality is good and looks great. It is durable enough for my 10 year old and his buddies slamming each other on it. Have not had to wash it yet thankfully.

I purchased two of these from the same Seller in the same color and they came out in different colors. It really doesn’t matter because it’s going in a game room, but I’m confused as to why they are two different patterns and colors.

I purchased this grey bag. Dusty rose, and black for my grandkids. I followed the directions and allowed the bags to settle for 48 hours. I knew as soon as I removed the grey one from the wrapping it was going to be a problem. And it was. It became a huge rock hard ball. The other two were got pretty large but not as big as the grey. But none were soft enough to sit on. I asked Rufus how to contact the seller. He said I can’t. So I went to customer service. It went from AI to two different service people. Then they gave me a link to contact the seller. I finished the chat and went followed the link. When I figured out where to go it said that I had to contact an Amazon agent because it was sold under Amazon. Well, enough was enough for me. My husband and I took the covers off the bags and cut each bag open (there’s no zipper) and removed the stuffing. Out of three bags we filled one 33 trash bag and over half a bag used for lawn care which is huge! We just put each cover back on and called it a day. The stuffing will fill up the outside cover since there was not a way to seal the inner bag unless you sew it. I did not. My grandkids are here now and I see that we are going to have to remove more stuffing from the grey bag! It is what it is. I lost patience yesterday after trying to track down the seller so I didn't pursue the issue any further. Not worth the money in my opinion. It has been frustrating to say the least.

I purchase this item October 2025. It was supposed to be a gift for my eldest child.. firstly Amazon shipped it to USPS and they left a note on my door saying they can’t deliver it because they have a weight restriction on items that are too heavy. So I had to go to the post office with someone and pick it up. Secondly on the day that we opened the item there were no red dots on the bag AND as in Sean Burkett’s photo, my item too, was a hard square brick from being too tightly compressed. I took his idea and cut a slit in the black bag that was containing the cushion and it gave off a awful chemical smell, I will not forget it. I gloved and bagged my hands and broke apart the memory foam, and then sold up the parts that I slit open. I put the blue cover over it and it did get bigger. However, the foam cubes are hard, but it is still the first day upon opening it. You know how you buy a memory foam pillow and the memory foam is soft semi firm and you know it’s gonna be a good pillow? That’s what I was expecting from this thing. This thing is hard.! Like stale bread, heart. I can feel the corners on the cut up cubes in this thing. Please please please look on Amazon and pay a little more for a better quality chair. The only thing that I feel was good was the bluecover to this thing. Even with the cover on the chair, we can still smell that chemical smell sprayed a little odoband air freshener in it. And opened some window windows. Wash my hands and arms and bleach and antibacterial soap. We’re gonna see if that smell stays. If not, this thing is going in thee TRASH!!!!!! I purchased the 6 foot item.
