Charges just as fast as orginal! Would also recommend the impact driver that works with battery as well. McCwell or something, it's orange but pretty damn good.

1) Batteries did not last as long as the WORX 4Ah on the first cycle. 2) Batteries did not improve with the second charge-discharge cycle. 3) Third charge cycle showed a dead battery. Part of my work in electronics engineering is building battery packs to power experiments on rockets, which includes charge-discharge cycling tests to ensure adequate run-time and smooth, consistent discharge. The only times that I've seen issues like these are when cells were NOT checked and one or more very low cells were put in the battery box with other cells. The resulting battery did charge but never achieved full runtime and ultimately completely failed/would no longer charge. Checking each cell prior to building a battery pack AND verifying a nominal voltage prior to running charge-discharge cycling definitely prevents the use of low/bad cells and circuit wiring issues. Checking cells for correct polarity and nominal voltage is a standard procedure in my line of work and I would think it should be standard within the professional battery industry. I'm of the opinion that this was a Quality Control issue at the point of fabrication and again at the point of testing, if any was conducted. I also noted that some of these replacement batteries do not easily slide into position. Those batteries do not audibly click-lock into place. I will seek a replacement battery for the dead battery and update if the battery is replaced.
