This actually works. The bottom of my chain link fence has been snagged by lawnmower wheels and twisted out of shape which was enough to allow my dogs to squeeze under. One set allowed me to go post to post and problem solved! There were more than enough clip ties to tie tops and bottoms of each side as well as tying them to the fence. They are not noticeable. I didn’t expect the clip cutter; at first I thought it was useless as it didn’t cut but then I found the sweet spot right in the center of the blade, that’s one reason for the 4. I wish it was just a little longer in the ground, that’s the other reason, but still it is working

Put them in after a rainstorm so the ground was nice and soft. I used a rubber mallet and the edge of the metal kinda chewed it up, but that's okay. I'm using them to keep neighborhood cats from birthing babies under my shed!! My dog is not friendly to cats and this presents major issues for all involved! I wish they came in silver or white to match the shed better, but it's not the end of the world! :) I will use large rocks or stones around the perimeter to make it more natural looking anyway. Nice pair of clippers included as well...they are super sharp so be careful when you open the package...the protective cover had come off of mine during shipping and it was a close call when I reached in the box!!!

I'm using these to augment my fence where a groundhog likes to enter. These barriers go deep enough to help block off some of the entry points the groundhog made. I'm just hoping the dude isn't able to dig even deeper to bypass them. I guess I'll find out - especially once it gets warmer. The barrier's, themselves, are well-made, sturdy, and look great - even against my fence.
