(Update March 8, 2024– It’s Still Going Strong! He charges it every night before bed in the garage and rides it every day after school! We have had zero issues with the bike! When it gets low, it goes slow. Charge it for the appropriate time.) My son got this in December, for Christmas 2023. We have had it a week now. He’s rode it every day. We have followed the charging instructions. It doesn’t last very long before it needs to charge again. But my son is 125lbs and 5’5 at 12 years old. I love that it’s quiet. You can hardly hear him go by on it! Which is great because we live in a nice neighborhood and I can’t stand dirtbikes being so loud in neighborhoods. We needed something that was fun, but would respect our neighbors. & It’s pretty quick too! We have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I think it’s a very good purchase, especially if your child is anything smaller than my son. Hope these details help! I did purchase protection plan. Will update this if we run into problems or if that is ever used.

Quality seems excellent and my son absolutely loves it! Bike looks good, rides good, and overall seems like it’s great. We will see in a few weeks if it stays that way. Side note my son only weighs about 60 pounds and this thing does not reach the max speeds it says it should. I would say max 10 mph and battery lasts about 30 min

I bought this for my son last September, we kept it in the house through the winter so it was out of the cold. My son fully charged the battery last week so he could ride it and the battery only last about 15 minutes. Worst part, Amazon doesn't allow me to reach out to the manufacturer for assistance in resolving this issue.

Very hard to charge and no indication light that says it’s fully charged so you don’t know when to ride.

I purchased this item in December for Christmas and the charger has quit working already. The phone number provided by Amazon to contact the third-party seller goes to an individual. Cannot seem to find a replacement charger for this. Customer service sucks.
