Defective and doesn’t work. Seller expects customer to pay return fees for refund!!
I ordered 2 of these Karts for my children- one black, one red. Both arrived with missing pieces like the front plastic cover dash cover piece to one and the rear axle washers to both. Luckily I had some washers I from my personal collection that fit and did the job. I charged both batteries til they lit up Green indicating the batteries were fully charged. My daughter’s red one worked perfectly fine when she pushed the power button and it took off as soon as she hit the gas. My son’s black one didn’t do anything when he pushed the power button, it completely doesn’t work and is defective. I reached out for a refund and they said we would need to ship the item back to receive the refund and that they would send us a label. Fine no problem. When I went to print the label I realized it’s a label where I would need to pay the cost of the return shipping. NOT OKAY! I’m not paying return shipping for a kart that weighs 220+ plds that arrived completely defective and not working at all when I’ve already spent over $600 purchasing the karts on the first place! I want a prepaid return shipping label so I can get my refund for the defective product you sent me!!

Poor quality, overpriced
Sad to say but this product is not great at all. I have bought multiple cars through the years of both of my kids and this is not as described. Battery doesn’t last, it is slow compared to another 36v battery from a different brand. It does not fit ages 6-18 AT ALL! Buy this for a small size under 4 feet. Poor quality tires.
