We love these things. They crisp up nice and have a good flavor. The only thing is that if I order them with other items that might be heavy they can get broken. I still make them work but it's important to think about that if you order a lot. A tip that will help if you want crunchy crusts...when you take these out of the oven put the whole pizza on some kind of wire rack to cool for a few minutes and that allows the heat to escape and not leave the crust soft. ... show more

I know most restaurants use a product very similar just not wheat. Make sure you find a good pizza sauce! Quality is great. I forgot how much I paid but it didn’t matter. Nice and thin.

I love the pizza dough... Great taste and healthy alternative, but whoever packed it keeps breaking it. So I receive it folded, usually in half and cracked (for a 2nd time). They should have some hard backing or shipped separately.

These thin pizza dough crusts store flat in the freezer. They come in a bag, not a box. They are lower calorie than most pizza crusts in the store. The white is 440 calories and the wheat is 380 calories for the entire pizza crust. I have only tried the white pizza crust so far. Everyone liked it. No complaints. I do think it needs to be baked at a higher heat than the instructions state and for longer too. My pizzas turned out very thin and crispy. It held my toppings very well and I piled the toppings on with mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, olives, ground beef, tomato sauce, and lots of cheese. The undercarriage of the pizza crust held up and did not tear. People saying it was soggy, well they should have cooked it longer and maybe they added too much sauce too. Neither one of my pizzas were soggy. You may need to bake at 425-450 and double or triple the time stated on the instructions. Each oven varies. Experiment. These pizza crusts are very thin and crispy, simply a vessel for all of your toppings. They are as thin as a tortilla, but stronger as they will hold your toppings without breaking or tearing. They are almost as large as a standard size pizza pan too. I will order again. Everyone was happy! ... show more

I was afraid to buy these cuz there’s a few bad reviews, but I don’t like frozen pizzas so we thought this would be so easy to make at home. Baked it on the rack with a thin layer of pasta sauce. Carbone mushroom. And some shredded mozzarella with some fresh sliced rainbow peppers since that’s what we had. My wife does not want processed meat so we stick with mostly veggies for toppings. Came out pretty good. Cheese melted perfectly. We didn’t brush olive oil on the crust and it was burnt in some areas but overall, if you don’t mind a cracker crust, it’s not bad for a snack. It’s def better than what you’d find in the frozen section. You can make it gourmet as you want. Another reason why we actually like this… Not crazy high in sodium compared to pizza in general. Still this is more of a thin, cracker type pizza crust which isn’t filling but for a quick snack, it’s not bad. Will it be as good as real pizza? Of course not…will it be healthier, sadly yes it is… lol ... show more

These are not pizza crusts, this is a very, very thin but large burrito shell. Seriously, too thin for a burrito shell but I could not think of anything else to compare it with. You have got to be kidding, this is not pizza crust. What a waste of money.

I just must give this review as this crust is one of the best my wife & I have ever tasted! We’re also seeing all of the negative reviews but a word to all of you thin crust lovers, these crusts are sure to satisfy! They are very easy to use (we prefer to bake ours on a stainless steel pizza pan) first brushing (with a pastry brush) the bottom of the crust with olive oil also getting the outer edges & then brush the outer edges of the top, add desired ingredients and bake (it says only 10 minutes but we do prefer to bake it a bit longer after adding all ingredients). For an even crispier pizza, the directions also say you can bake the topped crust directly on the center oven rack if you prefer. There are 2 crusts to a package and if you only use 1, the package easily reseals. Just slowly, carefully remove the crust from the package to avoid tearing the crust. So good! ... show more
