I recently started focusing on healthier eating and have been looking for lower-calorie options that still taste good. While this crust is a little higher in calories than I would ideally like, what CAULIPOWER has created is amazing. It tastes just like real pizza crust with no weird aftertaste, no soggy texture just a genuinely delicious base for a healthier pizza. If you love pizza because you love a particular kind of dough, like a Neapolitan pizza, or a Chicago deep dish, this will disappoint you. This is nothing like those. If you like pizza because you love the flavors of great sauces and vegetables and meats and spices, and you want fewer carbs and more nutrition per bite, this substrate is sufficient. Bring a fork and a knife. There is no picking up and folding when loaded up with good stuff. I gave it five stars not because it’s a great pizza crust, but because it’s the best of the cauliflower pizza crusts I’ve had.

Truth be told, nothing compares to our homemade pizza crusts. But when time is short or I just don't feel like spending several hours to make them from scratch, these crusts become a godsend. Unlike other rice crusts, these aren't overly sweet, which I appreciate. The cauliflower lends just enough of that salty/cheesy flavor to really complement savory toppings. Works well with pesto and red sauce (haven't tried anything sweet). I'm a huge fan of thin and crispy crusts, and this is the very first gluten-free, dairy-free crust I've come across that fits that bill. Highly recommend!

The CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pizza Crust, Original makes the best GF pizza crust ever. Even my husband enjoys it. The trick is to season the extra virgin olive oil and light brush it on the crust before adding any other topping. The brush on a small amount of sauce also. I use fresh mozzarella or burrata and oregano from my garden and home made sundried tomatoes . ( I freeze them so I have them year round) Make sure to cook on 400 for 18 min until the crust is light browned so its crispy.... enjoy

If you need to be GF, like to add your own extras, and are willing to bake it at home, this can't be beat. I like cauliflour crust but sometimes other brands can be a little overpowering. Not this one! I like the subtle flavor. Good size but fits in a large toaster oven. Best GF value for pizza shells I have found.

I have created some fantastic pizzas with this cauliflower crust! We love pizza! I am not on any special diet. I eat lots of bread and flour. I am not a fan of cauliflower rice and trying to make everything cauliflower. However, I do enjoy this cauliflower crust pizza! If you have not tried it, you need to buy it. It comes out crispy and it holds your toppings well. It tastes great too! It is nice to have some variety. Add more lean protein with toppings like ground turkey, good culture cottage cheese, low fat mozzarella. These crusts are versatile and you can get very creative. These are always on our shopping list.
