This is a very good quality honey, and for people who don’t know, raw wild Honeys are usually crunchy and have crystals in it because they’re not filtered… And they’re not heated… Which are both signs of inferior honey. Akso even if it’s liquid, it should firm crystals over time. And thickness has to do akso with pollen and active qualities in it. Also as someone has noted below, this is not clover honey, so it has a different taste. All honeys have the taste of the pollen that the bees created it in. Mountain forest honey is actually made from the bees flying onto the sap of trees- often evergreen. It has a unique taste to it and traditionally is prized for its vital qualities. The taste is not unsweet, or what I would actually call a savory honey, like a sage honey, but does have a unique taste to it which i find pleasing and is very much in line with mountain or forest honeys. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the plastic container. It’s better to be packaged in glass. ... show more

Not able to use this like a squeezable honey. Doesn't spread well because it's really thick. And it's so sweet. Not much is needed to sweeten tea.

Tastes good. But it would not dissolve in cold drinks no matter how vigorously you stir. Even my frother failed to break it down. So…don’t buy this honey if you want to make cold drinks with this.
