Ordered this 31" unit as a second 360 platform after building my own larger one. Platform is very sturdy, compact to fit in a Honda Accord trunk without the ATA case! Unit came with plenty of mounting accessories for every type of camera, phone or battery pack option you may have, along with motor remote and camera remote (not sure if it’s needed for 360 software). Very cool color changing LED light strip that I mounted inside the bottom base so it would not get damaged and used hot glue in a few places. The LED Ring Light has 3 mounting options in the middle; which was very nice should one wanted to mount other items besides just a camera. When it comes to storage in the ATA case, you do need to remove all the leveling feet, which is my only setback for setup time and losing a feet, however they do provide one extra leveling foot and ATA case wheel for backup. Note: The Power Supply is 24 Volts, so if wanting to use a battery pack make sure it outputs the correct voltage! Overall, this 360 platform is worth the price and one can get a return on investment quickly; using the right software, camera, lighting and being creative with your setup and marketing! Also, the free logo printing for the platform is winner along with fast responses from the seller!! Updated July 26, 2023... The Sales & Support team is great. They get right back to you with all your questions and will replace any items under warranty. Almost 6 months after purchase, they even did my logo sticker! As a business owner this company get nothing but 5+ stars and handles business like I would for all my customers... BUY NOW!

Its sturdy. It gives 6month chacktok app free. We used this weekend for first time and it just as described. No glitch or technical issue we faced. Flight case is must to have. It has aluminum frame and other seems to be card board material. I would have loved if it would be whole aluminum or some sturdy material as i fear if i step on it it might break. But over i love it. Mike has been in touch with me constantly making sure i have no issue. One issue i faced was led string light for base had dry glue that i wasnt able to peel sticker to stick on my base, they made sure i get the replacement. I wished the ring light was little better version because it is little too basic and looks little cheap when not lit. However overall happy with my purchase. Hoping to get support just like this if i ever have any issue with photobooth while i increase my usage.

This will be one of multiple reviews. But upon delivery, the product was safely secured. Did not have a problem with any damage that I can see. Initial setup was ok, identifying all the components were a little tricky. So have extra pieces. Some don’t. They send you a list with all the components on it ( like a checklist) but the individual pieces come unmarked in plastic bags. Some were easy to identity, others not so much. The flight case is awesome and durable. One thing I’m not liking already about this product, is I can’t close the flight case with the feet attached to the platform. You will have to completely disassemble everything if you’d want to put it back into the flight case. Overall, very excited to get this product out into the market. Will return for another performance review when It has some hours behind it.
