Had a great experience with the first use of this 360 Photo Booth. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because there are a few minor annoyances with both the rig and the app, but it is absolutely worth buying (especially if you can get the deal where you get a FREE iPad photo booth as well!). I would’ve given it a 4.5 star if Amazon would allow for it. Pros: —fairly easy assembly (and it’s really just the arm and the lights around the base that you have to do yourself) —travel case is very helpful and well built (believe me, if you plan to move the rig often it is worth the extra money!) —was able to support 4 people with no issue —remote control for controlling arm speed and direction worked well —ring light has different lighting options (warm, white, natural) and adjusts in brightness for each —multiple device holder options —ChackTok app has a lot of great customizable options, including the ability to add your own music and frames, and you get four months free with the QR code on the back of the manual. — the LED lights can be changed into multiple different patterns and brightness levels —great, responsive customer support Cons: —cable management: >>>>>you need to buy your own clips or Velcro straps to keep cables tied down on the arm, otherwise they will whip around as the arm rotates >>>>>the LED strip light wires were a bit exposed at the end and the cord just runs off the side to the socket separately from the main power cord. This means that you actually have two power cables running off the rig, and if don’t pay attention when applying the lights and line it up with the undercarriage motor, then you could end up with the power cables coming out from opposite ends. Would’ve been great if instead a USB port had been built underneath that was attached to the main power to plug the lights into. I ended up wrapping the exposed section with electrical tape to protect it and bought a heavy duty cable covert to ensure no one tripped in either cable and accidentally ripped either out. —the camera remote is separate from the one to control the movement, and I found it had a shorter range and wasn’t as responsive. **The ChckTok app, while not owned by this company, is the preferred app for this rig but is also lacking in it’s ability to control the rig fully. It has a lot of great features, and does have a remote control in the app, but the control is only for the arm, and it’s not tied to the camera. It would’ve been the perfect all-in-one solution if you didn’t need to manually start the camera and the arm spin separately.

We used this 360 photo booth for an event, and it was a total crowd-pleaser! Super easy to set up and operate, and the videos came out clear and high-quality. Guests loved the interactive experience, and it added such a fun, modern touch to the event. The platform is sturdy, the remote works great, and the ring light makes all the difference in video quality. Definitely worth the investment if you’re hosting events or parties regularly. OMG! This thing is huge! Well worth the money! It also came with the carrying case that's nice and very professional. There's nothing flimsy about any of the products which I love. Accessories was included, very easy to put together and the instructions was nice and clear. They also included links to YouTube videos of how to do everything.
