After unboxing there were minor scratches but was not a factor. However, after our first event we had an issue with device it will periodically not spin. We reached out to the company and explained the situation did a couple troubleshooting. Problem was identified and without hesitation the part that we need was shipped out to us at no cost. The response time with customer service is top tier. After solving the issue they made sure to reach out to make sure we were satisfied and equipment is working to full potential. The media could not be loaded. So I received my 360 yesterday which was 2 days early Yayyy to that!! Excitedly I opened it and it was scratches everywhere.. I got kinda scared that I’d spent all this money and something was wrong with it being that cut zip ties were already in the bag so now I’m scared thinking that it was used… From there I went ahead and put it together because I remembered a couple reviews saying some of the same stuff here. So I opened it, put it together & BOOM! It works lol… but I’m stuck because I don’t know which programs and stuff to use!! But I’m excited and eagerly ready to learn… I will be back in a week with another review!! SN. Very easy to assemble just watch the Fotobooz video they give the step by step! Back With The Update…. BUY The Photobooth 😂 “Simple”

I was expecting this 360 Photo Booth to come scratched and dented based off of some of the other reviews. It came packed really well and did not have a scratch or dent anywhere. It is actually much sturdier than I expected as well. While I did have one issue with it during my first event, I can say that the customer service more than made up for the issue. If this new business venture goes accordingly to plan, I will be buying more from this seller for sure.

I just unboxed my 360 auto spin photo booth on 4/7/22. Overall it's an amazing item however, these are the Imperfections I saw which an issue for me. This could have been done during delivery but it still is a problem. I spent almost $3000 on this item and I don't like that it came with these scratches and the sticker lifting up.

Would not recommend them. I bought 3 of them and not even a month later one stops working. Now 5 months down the line another one stop working. I don’t recommend this brand at all
