i threw / gave the first one away. It was sooo big and heavy and verry noisy. It was a Cellusizer. Way too much for what i needed. Very heavey and way toooo big. and hard to fold if really wanted to make it portable This Wamcos 2020 upgraded one. I hope lasts. All i need is to do the health bounce. I had to stop useing the rebounder id bought cause it caused me problems with my bladder. I hope this one holds up. Im a woman, 4' 10 3/4 th tall. Weigh 111 lbs. this ones just the right size. And light enought i can move without trouble I will not be jupping on it at all I do the health bounce. Two times a day at this point fir 10 minuets or so. Like the directions said i had to have another person help open it. The padding to put around the bands. Not steel springs ~~~ was hard to put on. Two people may have made it easier. But the directions pointed out that there were holes for the base of each leg attachment so i was able to install the pad. Oh ~~~~ Also. Had to take both protective braces off before opening the mimi tramp. Once it was opened i put rhem back on. The covering id get the hole lined up and then the next and i actually got it on without help THEN WHEN U SCREW each keg one. They say do it s l o w ly~~~what they really mean is you much get the covering cloth away from the leg footing otherwuze it will not screw ob tight. Then screw it till tight. One of the legs is a little crooked but could not rectify. i will just ck the legs often for being lose I was realatively easy. But not SUPER EASY to put together ANYWAY IM STARTING OUT WITH THE HEALTH BOUNCE 5 minutes once or twice a Day im so happy i recerched and did not buy the pink or blue kids one as it is made with toxic materials.

We bought this for our Grandson who is a large 3 y.o. He loves it so we love it. Easy to put together. It is indeed sturdy and seems pretty safe when used correctly.

Easy set up, looks good. However, handrail base slides up and down the leg poles. May be matter of time before this damages or breaks through the rubber feet. We have another one where the handrail is secured to the legs. We will see how the two compare over time.

Talk about effectively veering my youngest (4) off the couch. This was given to my son as a surprise reward after completing his reward chart for listening. He gets a "daily" star if he completes the task at hand daily. After 5 stars he gets his reward. It took him a little longer to receive this reward because, well, lets be honest, its tough for a 4 y/o to focus and listen 'all day" which is why I wanted to get him something a little different than his usual rewards. He is full of energy and always jumping on the couches. Despite the numerous activities throughout the day to help wear off his energy, he still fines that second or third wind of energy and resorts to jumping on the couch, bed, me. When he finally got to see what he was getting, he went nuts. Assembling it wasn't hard. I did it by myself with the help of some arm strength and the carpeted floor (acting as the second person). My son still has his daily activities but when he finds that hidden energy, he goes straight to the trampoline to jump rather than the couches.Also, all the other kids that come over, enjoy playing with it as well. I'm thrilled. It is quite sturdy. I've placed it outside for use (after the winter storm). I've jumped on it with my so. It has held up quite well. For reference, I'm about 145 and my son is 40 lbs. The hand bar had a minimal gap right in the middle from where it connects but our hands don't get caught on it. Truly satisfied parent.

Update: After posting my original review below the seller reached out to ask me for more info about the problem I had and offered to replace or refund my order. I really appreciate the positive and proactive customer service. They were very responsive and willing to work with me to make it right. Updating my rating to reflect the great customer service! I’ll add that the customer service team was clearly expecting that I update my original low-star review with a higher star rating. They contacted me a couple of times about it. I have mixed feelings about that but, end of the day, they were very willing to remedy the problem for me 6 months after I bought the item. That says something. Previous review below: ———————————- Initially this thing was great. The kids would have a good time and we would store it in the garage between uses to keep the kids safe and the trampoline fresh and exciting. We haven’t used it a ton. Maybe a couple of times a month for 6-ish months. Today I noticed a very small pokey spot on the trampoline while sitting with my kids. They said it had been poking their feet. So I started feeling the surface and there are DOZENS of tiny little protrusions to poke my kids’ feet all over the surface. I trimmed a couple of them but I’m not sure what’s going on with it. Clearly the durability is poor. My wife and I have been on it a couple of times briefly, so maybe that damaged it? I don’t believe we exceeded the weight limit. In short, it doesn’t last. Guess I’ll have to figure out how to dispose of it. Not going to make my kids skewer their feet to jump on a trampoline. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
