I used these markers to decorate my new sketchbook. In testing on paper, these markers did very well, nice and opaque. But you need to be careful on the surface you use these on. As my sketchbook cover is a smooth almost faux leather material, it took 2 coats to make it opaque as the first coat would remove the first layer if pressed too hard. Just something to be aware of if using in this application. I also noticed that the paint is easily lifted by fingers, so I would suggest protecting it from that if used on something you will be handling often. I plan to protect my sketchbook cover using clear packing tape to seal in the paint and protect it.

I love these! I have to admit, these are the first acrylic markers I have ever had though I have used white paint pens for stars and what not. But other then that, my experience is limited. I have seen them in the store, but I had not been brave enough to buy any because they can be pretty pricey…as much as $3-$4 and up PER marker. So I never made the plunge. I am kinda mad I didn’t though, because drawing with acrylic markers is really fun! I know the instructions state to shake the marker before use and press the tip down on the paper to fill it with ink…but mine were ready just out of the box. I did try to press the tip down on both sides to see if they moved but they don’t, so I am not sure why the instructions say to do that because on mine I felt if I had done that, I would break the tips and I didn’t want to do that. The colors are vibrant, I thought I would draw some fun mushrooms on some black paper to see how they did, and honestly they did amazing. I do wish there were some darker options for shading included in this set, because I had to use some of my prisma pencils to shade, but everything else is the markers. They layered well for the most part, I had to go over the white a few times, but compared to the few white once’s I have used, they did great. There was no odor, and I have not yet had one run out of ink/paint so that is a plus. The one grievance I have is I wish they had color names. There is no identifier on the markers to see colors. All in all, I think they work well for my first set of acrylic markers.

These are great paint markers but not exactly the best color selection. Decent quality paint but they do dry out pretty quickly which is annoying. Other than that the paint could have been of better quality as it takes a few coats to bring out the true colors. Good but not the best.

These are great for crafting projects, especially smaller crafts such as ornaments, fine details, and small projects. The colors are very beautiful, vibrant, and exact to the description. They color solidly and are not see through with color but full and bright! The tips are very durable and do not tear or break off. they are exact and do not leak or bleed. They do come in a zippered cloth case that is easy to open and close, as well as storage use! Great value and highly recommend for all levels of artists at all ages!
