Worked great and fit my dryer for a fraction of the price of oem. Easy to install but I had to cut and use the old clip from the old igniter as the one provided didn't fit so I had to drop a star.

Have issue with product supplied. Customer service seems dedicated to make right. Awaiting delivery of corrected product. Will revise review if the issue is resolved, providing more detail about the issue and a higher rating based on customer service response. Exceptional Customer Service from this supplier changes my review from formerly 3 stars, awaiting how they handled the situation, to 5 stars. The original parts supplied included gas valve solenoids, flame detector and hot surface ignitor for my Maytag Gas Dryer which was not heating up. The cost for this package is great, no issue, significantly less than any other site or supplier. The solenoids and flame sensor provided looked new, but the hot surface ignitor looked used. See pictures. The first is the ignitor from the supplier, the second is the ignitor removed from the dryer after 13 years of service. I also did resistance checks on both ignitors and the supplier ignitor had slightly higher resistance than old ignitor. I complained to the supplier, sending same pictures and resistance values. The customer service people initially claimed the burnt looking ignitor was the result of testing the product and the resistance was within the acceptable range for this ignitor. I replied back I was not comfortable with the response and would be returning the product. There was some back and forth, always quick response time, offering cost reduction first before offering full replacement with a new set of parts and a lifetime replacement warranty, with no requirement to return the original supply. I was fine with this option but noted I would test the resistance of the follow up ignitor. The replacement parts arrived the next day or two but upon checking the ignitor it was an open circuit, infinite resistance. Appeared to have a micro crack near the base. I informed them of the ignitor issue, they apologized stating the ignitor might have been damaged in shipment and sent out another set of parts which were received the next day. Third time was the charm, the ignitor looked good, and the resistance was below my old ignitor resistance. I installed the ignitor, and the Dryer is up and running great. This Customer Service can't be beat. Exceptional!!!

I bought this again in November 2023 and in January I replaced it again with a different brand. It will work for a while, but failing in 8 months then again in two months, I'm advising you to avoid it. I bought this on March 1st 2023 after changing other parts including, High-Limit Thermostat, Dryer Thermal Fuse, Cut-Off Switch and Cycling Thermostat. While I installed the ignitor, it broke, so I bought one that worked. In October of 2023 my dryer began to fail drying after one cycle. I changed the thermal fuse again. That failed to fix the problem. I bought this kit again and once again I broke the ignitor as I installed it and contacted the ignitor hood for lack of a better description. I reinstalled the old ignitor and swapped out the coils and flame sensor. This fixed my problem. Idk what failed, but it was either the flame sensor or the coils. $30 isn't much and is better than buying a new dryer, but buying it after just 6 months says quality control isn't great. If it fails again within another year, I'll just swap out the coils and flame sensor before I don anything else. I hope this helps.

This item according to AI fit the bill and it worked beautifully. Samsung (gas) dryer, model: DV50K8600GW/A3. Combined with the kit " DC47-00016A Dryer Thermal Fuse Kit for Samsung DC47-00016A Thermal Fuse & DC96-00887A Thermostat & DC32-00007A Dryer Thermistor & DC47-00018A Thermostat Compatible with Samsung lg Kenmore Dryers (about $12), my dryer is back in action and working like new again! Total costs were $51 vs having to buy a new dryer at $800!
