These are very high quality. They are smooth, perfectly flat, and the wood is beautiful! I covered the tops with fabric and then added a waterproof coating, and they turned out beautifully. The “feet” were easy to apply and seemed to stick well. I would definitely buy these again.

Good coasters for the price. The diameters can vary by up to 2mm within the same box, but that was within my tollerance. After laser engraving these coasters, I am staining them with a standard wood stain. I have found that the surface sanding is sometimes not optimal, and the stain will come out terrible looking. I have only come across one coaster where the sanding was poor on both sides, so it can be worked around by using the good side for engraving, and hiding the back with a full diameter cork back. Pro tip: use low-angle lighting to see the subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) cross-grain marks that are an indication of poor sanding on that face.
