I purchased this kiosk for trade show documentation and lead generation for my commercial drone business. After getting it fully operational, it’s a "really nice product," but the setup process earns it a 4-star rating rather than a 5. Build & Hardware: The hardware is impressive. Once I identified the correct power cable for the internal routing, assembly was a "snap." The 700-nit FHD screen is ultra-bright and provides the professional, high-visibility look needed for a busy exhibition floor. The Interface (Technical Critique): The setup is anything but intuitive. Despite having a deep technical background, I struggled to get the system configured. It’s clear they tried to make the interface user-friendly, but the logic isn't straightforward. Pro Tip: If you get stuck, using a little AI to help troubleshoot the configuration logic can be a lifesaver—it certainly helped me get over the finish line. Verdict: 4 Stars. If you need a bright, floor-standing digital poster that looks professional, this is it. Just be prepared for a non-intuitive setup process—even for those comfortable with tech.

I was super excited about this however I was unfortunately VERY disappointed with what I received. It's clear that the item I was sent was something someone else sent back in as there were two screws broken preventing me from being able to properly assemble it as well as the frame was dented in a way that required hammering the dent out to be able to put the legs on. In the hopes of being able to at least give this a chance still though I removed the broken screws and replaced them with the spare parts that were included and I uses a hammer and the provided screwdriver to hammer the dents out enough to get the legs on. After I did that, I then went to put the base on at which point six of the ten base screws fit perfectly with the remaining four screw holes not being properly aligned making it where I had to angle those last four screws and were now able to fully secure them. Once I got all that done though, I was still willing to give this a two-star review since the instructions were clear and easy to follow and the piecing it together only had to be done the one time. All major issues but issues I was willing to still give some credit to the manufacturer for since despite all of that I was able to at least get this stable enough to use without any visible issues. I was the only one aware of the issues once I finally got it together. The final draw though that brought this to a one-star review and making me want the past hour of my life that I spent piecing this together is it doesn't even have the correct power cord. Ultimately, I understand that's partially on me for not checking that it had the power cord before assembling it however, since this was supposed to be a brand-new stand sent straight from the manufacturer for review, I assumed it would have all the necessary parts it's supposed to have. In short, I would POSSIBLY recommend this for $50-$100 but with the cost at the time of this review being $699.00 I can't recommend this. I wanted to as I had high hopes for it but ultimately there's just too many issues that would have to be overlooked. Note: The packaging was all in excellent condition so there is 0% chance the damage could have happened in the shipping process. The extend of the damage and the force required to correct it enough to be usable proved to me that any packaging would have been totaled to created that much of a dent. That being the case, that tells me the manufacturer packaged it and sent it to me in that condition. As a result, Quality Control should have caught the issues long before it ever being sold and sent out. Update: I purchased my own power cord since this didn't come with one and when I turned it on, I was met with a broken screen. Once again, the packaging didn't have ANY damage or issues, so this product WAS PACKAGED AND SENT OUT LIKE THIS. In addition, when I contacted costumer service concerning this issue they informed me there is no return options or anyway to fix it. DO NOT BUY.

Set this up in our retail space and it has been running 24/7 without any issues, the 700 nits brightness is genuinely impressive and makes the advertising screen pop even in a well-lit store, the FHD display is crisp and vibrant and the Android OS makes content management super easy with the free web content editor, the all-metal body feels solid and durable and the 178 degree ultra-wide viewing angle means customers can see it from pretty much anywhere in the store, the floor standing design looks sleek with the white frame and fits right in with a high-end retail environment, setup was straightforward and it was displaying content within minutes of unboxing, highly recommend for anyone needing a professional digital signage kiosk for retail stores or exhibition spaces.
