Great product, I've bought 6 units and I've had no issues. I see some reviews talking about they can't get it to work but all you have to do is click the back bottom to go to the home page.

The product worked as noted except that it does not have 3840X2160 UHD output. When you select the 3840X2160P output the image does not fill the entire screen and it outputs more like 3700X2000 resolution. A black frame is around the entire image making it useless for any type of video wall application. ... show more

Did not come with instructions and I could not find any on internet. Not sure but was under the impression it cam with program but unable to find.Unless you know how to use it I would not recommend. This one is for sale .

All demo videos in the CMS link “help page”, it’s helpful to guide me step by step, better than user manual. CMS link shows on the back of the box, I also save it on the PC, so I won’t forget. Most important, CMS is for free, I like it! Wonderful product, will buy more!

The instructions are horrible… one of the two units purchased has a bad power supply, so one is useless… file size cannot exceed 10kb… So it’s very limited…no or made templates as indicated… just so far… Not impressed
