I bought this for a toilet-seat bidet, which didn't have a built-in heater for the water. It heats our water from about 60-65 F ambient temp (wintertime) to 95 F, taking about 30-45 seconds to warm up. My one quibble is that it doesn't switch between C and F scales for setting the temperature, so you have to convert in your head if you're not familiar with the C scale; that's no biggie, of course. [A month later]: It seems to be taking much longer to get the water up to the set point; now taking several minutes, which is way more time than I regard as okay. And the ambient starting temp of the water has gone up since then, as it is now springtime, not winter. So an easier job takes much longer. Not good! I have reduced from 4 to 1 star, because I think it's performance is unsatisfactory. Would NOT recommend. ... show more

I've been using this tankless water heater for a few months now, and I'm overall pretty happy with it. Instant hot waterThis is the biggest selling point of tankless water heaters, and this one does not disappoint. I no longer have to wait for hot water to come up from the tank, which is a huge time saver. Compact size: This water heater is very small and takes up very little space under my sink. This is great for small kitchens or bathrooms. Easy to install: I was able to install this water heater myself in about an hour. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The digital display is easy to read and shows the water temperature. The remote control is a nice convenience. I can adjust the water temperature from the comfort of my couch. Not as powerful as some other models: This water heater is not powerful enough to run a shower and a sink at the same time. If you need a lot of hot water, you'll want to get a more powerful model. Overall, an instant hot water solution and for anyone who has a small kitchen or bathroom. Just be sure to check the power output to make sure it will meet your needs. ... show more

The build quality is extremely cheap. I was afraid to tighten down the fittings on this because they felt like they were going to break off. When I did manage to get everything tight enough to not leak... I plugged the water heater in and it gave some random error with no documentation on what it meant and it didn't produce any hot water. It also seemed to restrict the water flow quite a bit as well. Save your time and your money and look elsewhere.... ... show more

Installing it now, just using it for our washing machine when we want hot water ill update once we get it going. Thanking God my husband is electrician because i can see people having problems blowing circuts if they dont know what they are doing. Definitely get an electrcian to install!

Heated water in the sink for just a few seconds. Paid plumber and electrician to install dedicated plug and neither could get it to work.

I bought 2 of these units. I wish i would have read the reviews first. I would have bought a different one. I cant return it now, already installed. I agree with all of the one star ratings. Display goes to 55. What??? In Celsius that's 113° F !!! Sometimes water is warm, sometimes cold. As stated by others, connections are not standard under counter faucet fittings and require adaptors.
