The best! Love the vintage design of the sturdy metal frame and high quality loops. A great gift for kids and adults alike. Over the last few years we have gifted these to each of our children, and now they use them to make gifts for hosts when we are invited to dinners, parties and the like. The gift that keeps on giving. The color varieties and palettes selected for each groupings (pastel, bold, earth tones, etc.) are perfectly curated. Heirloom quality loom, I expect to see these cherished and put to good use for many years to come. Considering saving a few bucks and buying the plastic loom instead? In this instance especially, we encourage you to choose quality over quantity. Having tried the plastic looms and nylon loops with gusto I can tell you they fell quite flat. They fray while weaving, the plastic hooks are difficult to work with and catch on the material, and in the end the pot holders (and many other things you can create with these wonders, hello YouTube tutorials) Come out much smaller once removed from the loom, don’t quite hold their shape and are flimsy, more of a novelty than much else. With this brand you end up getting more bang for your buck, a better product in trade for your time and the tools are designed for use, not just as a (simple and frustrating) toy (like those plastic sets). The metal loom, metal hook and cotton loops guarantee a friendlier user experience and high quality end product. *I am not affiliated with amazon or the brand of this loom in any way (all though, holler if you are looking 😉). I am just a mom who has spent years crafting. Years of trial and error, a waste not want not type, who has had to measure the worth of some lack luster products against the time it would take to get “good use” of them. We look forward to trying their larger looms, and maybe someday even purchasing their beautifully colored loops in bulk.

These loops are durable, good quality and nice colors. However they are quite expensive. Also, it should be noted, the colors are NOT guaranteed to be evenly distributed. I recently bought a bag where 25% were one color (12 colors in the bag) and 2 other colors were each only about 2% of the mix! After contacting customer service, they did offer me 10% off a future purchase, and suggested I buy a small bag of only the color I was missing. The single color bags are twice as expensive per pot holder! So that was pretty much of a joke. After more haggling they did agree to make it right. This is not a customer-friendly company and they are not flexible in dealing with customer needs. Unfortunately, they are the only company I have found that makes good, high quality, all cotton loops--especially in the 10" size.

Price for such an inexpensive item is outrageous and availability is unreliable. Can’t figure out why that may be, but the product is good. Have made dozens of large potholders that are good for trivets, placing between skillets in storage, using as potholders and making nice hostess gifts due to their uniqueness. Highly recommend this product for crafting in spite of the afore mentioned cost and availability.

LOVE these loops! My 8-year old just learned how to make pot holders using a loom, and the ones he made with these loops are beautiful, well-sized, and sturdy. Every loop fits the standard size loom, and they maintain a consistent size when taken off of the loom. I think these would be a great value at $12-$15, but pay $20 because they really are nice. In fact, I bought a second set after seeing how well the first ones worked.

These loops make great potholder- just the right size and sturdy. The bag was short about 6 loops to make the 8 potholders as advertised. Also, the mix of colors was very rust, gold, and olive heavy- designer colors from the 70's? I made do but it would have been nice to have a few more if the Blues (only 16 total of 2 blue colors) to balance things out. I hope they bring the black and white bag of loops back.

These loops are all the consistent length and strength. So there is no waste at all. And the colors are pure and vibrant, and don't fade when you wash them. These are the only loops that I will ever use.

Nice color choices. Making potholders has become an obsession. Nice hobby! All the loops are legit and usable. I like that they’re cotton! Makes pretty potholders! I also bought the bright colors from same company as shown in pic.
