I have tried probiotics before, but I either didn't notice their effectiveness or they actually made my bowel habits worse. But these probiotics are perfect! This has 300 million CFU and lots of good pre and probiotics. It's a pretty high cfu measurement per serving, making it easier to get proper amounts in an easy to take form. Good quality, no aftertaste. I figure with that many good things it has to help my gut! I am taking this probiotics supplement to help with my digestion. 1 capsule per day is the recommended dosage, and is easy to take/digest. This is a good quality probiotic. I like that the probiotic doesn’t have any fillers or allergens. Also love that it’s non-refrigerated. There are 60 probiotic capsules per bottle with one capsule being the serving size. Overall good quality- no weird taste. Excited to try for a month to see if I notice a difference.
