Beautiful Sink!!! BUT IT A NIGHTMARE TO INSTALL!!!! Trying to reach Sarlai and the phone is disconnected. Drain Hose did not fit, my plumber and I had visited around 8 different stores looking for a drain that fits and nobody has the part! It's been a nightmare!!!

Pros: The sink is visually appealing. The shape, bright white color, depth, are all decent. It’s on the cheaper side! Cons: There is little quality control. There are small “pin hole” sized divots in the bottom, not all the way through but you can see them. The hole for the sink was not perfectly symmetrical. Specifically, the angle around the circle had varying degrees of pitch resulting in a “teeter-totter” wobble for the strainer drain left to right. While I’m sure some may say that’s normal with Farm House sinks, the issue exasperated installation of a standard Kohler strainer drain. Farm house sinks are already thicker by nature, and the threads of the Kohler strainer drain barely poked out the bottom in the first place. With the teeter totter wobble, boy was it a bear! I eventually got the strainer drain installed, but couldn’t use the two rings (one metal and one rubber to protect the sink) or the screws intended to add pressure to the drain. I’m crossing my fingers the drain doesn’t leak… I highly suggest just using the strainer drain that comes with the sink. The thread column of the strainer drain is longer, so it allows for some additional play. But boy is the quality cheap… super thin aluminum and tons of plastic parts. The instructions don’t even recommend plumbers putty, they instead provide a cheap foam ring to serve as the gasket. Otherwise, if you use a different strainer drain, I highly suggest checking to ensure the drain fits prior to installation (we didn’t do that or we would have returned this and went with a higher quality sink). ... show more

Attractive, like the reversible design. Plumber said it was difficult to install but it looks really nice. My only complaint is that the protective stainless grid/grate is incorrectly sized - mine is slightly too large for the sink and the bottom feet don’t touch the bottom of the sink and instead sit suspended about 1 inch above. This makes the grate unstable and it moves around a lot. ... show more

I love my sink! But I ran into an issue when I went to install my garbage disposal. The insert would not fit right! Then I discovered once I gently pounded it in with a rubber mallet, that the insert was too short. Off to the plumbing store, only to find out that the new deeper insert was $100!!!! The guy at the store told me he was sorry. I could find it online through amazon for $68. I so badly wanted to do that...but I was working on the project that day... I wanted to finish it and not worry about it later. Ugh!! That was super frustrating. So the beauty of this sink speaks for itself. But the plumber guy said it right sort of... the parts required for an expensive sink (or rich person sink) are expensive. Needless to say, I was a little put out with that experience. Was NOT anticipating the already expensive sink costing me even MORE when installing it. Maybe that’s my fault, I don’t care. The sink looks great in my kitchen remodel, and I didn’t break it installing the drain in the misshaped whole! Wahoo! Beauty in this matter comes with a price! Just FYI. ... show more

I am in love with this sink! It is huge and it arrived in excellent condition! Got so many compliments on it even though the waterfall island is not complete yet. Had to build some support under the sink using 2x4's since the sink weighs a ton. Also had to cut the existing cabinets doors to accommodate for the apron of the sink. If you get a custom built sink cabinet you won't have to worry about this part, but I decided to modify the existing one I had and made it work. Still waiting for my countertops to be done so pictures I provided are without quartz countertop. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this gorgeous sink and would recommend to anyone who can get a custom built sink cabinet or modify an existing one for it! ... show more
