I rarely write reviews, but I was really nervous ordering this unit and wanted to help anyone else who might be in the fence due to the lack of many reviews and the seller overall feedback being mediocre. The whole thing was delivered on schedule in four boxes as expected. I am a middle aged woman and was easily about to assemble all the pieces on my own, my husband and I were able to easily take them upstairs and position them. Assembly was straightforward and no problem as long as you pay attention to details. I was impressed with the attention to stability and details during assembly and feel it’s very well designed (leaving IKEA in the dust). All the supplies were there without issue and a few spare parts for good measure. All you need is a Philips head screwdriver and you are good to go. Yes the piece is particleboard, but it’s very attractive and I don’t object to that at this price point at all. While another person in a similar review objected to the modular nature of the set, I see it as a huge advantage. Three pieces are easy to rearrange or move whenever you like and just offer more overall versatility. The fireplace itself is as expected. Of course a real one would be ideal, but for an electric fireplace this has many settings and is very attractive. The heat output is not too loud and does an excellent job of taking the chill of on a cold or snowy day. I’m glad I took the risk and ordered it.

Product is as described. Not too difficult to assemble with two people. Looks lovely in our space. Not the highest quality but works as long as you're gentle with it. Plenty of space for storage. The fireplace is beautiful and heats well, the item beeps very loudly whenever you turn it on or off or change a setting which is not great but tolerable. The loss of a star due to delivery delays and failure to deliver on time or respond in timely manner to messages to the seller. Paying for shipping then not having the item arrive in full until four days after the projected delivery date really left us in a bind as we had company expected that weekend and ended up having three of the four boxes arrived and unable to assemble the item so boxes were taking up space in our home over a holiday weekend with company. Very inconvenient.

The media could not be loaded. So in love with this product! It’s perfect. Relatively easy to put together… Maybe an hour and a half or so. The flames are beautiful, and I love the fact that you can change the colors! Exactly what I was looking for.

Nice piece unfortunately it was damaged in several parts , we noticed this after we put it all together.(due to lighting in our home). Which was crazy not easy at all . Use a drill !!! There was divots deep ones on every unit, it came not three but four boxes each box had damaged pieces covered up by stain and rough putty. Reaching out to the company I see several others noted this as well we got the biggest unit . It is cheap pressboard and literally a wood plastic cover (image). Not kid friendly at all sharp corners . No candles or plants without a dish will welt up for sure

I absolutely love this! Doors were a bit difficult to put on but I improvised and made it work via not following the directions! Put the hinges on the cabinet first and then connect the doors. Came in 4 boxes. It was light enough for me to lift myself. It blends perfectly into my living room and provides great heat!
