So the first thing I noticed was these are marked "cappuccino maker". They're incredibly poor quality and as soon as they touched the resin the speed decreased greatly to the point where it was almost pointless. They clearly were not strong enough to mix the thick resin. My kids were making Christmas gifts with the resin and before they even finished one project the metal snapped out of the handle making it completely useless. Absolutely NOT for resin. Do not buy! They get hit can barely mix a cup of resin and break very bad not good poorly made cheap and do NOT work well with resin at all!!!

If you don’t expect it to actually blend your epoxy then you won’t be disappointed. The liquid is WAY to thick for these to stir them. Wish I wouldn’t have bought them. It only blends on the surface. Once you put it down in the Epoxy it no longer stirs until it’s get back to unthick areas. Waste of money. ... show more

The boxes (3) they came in said nothing about them being for mixing epoxy. These are labeled as "cappucino Makers" Cappuccino isn't even spelled correctly on the box. When I tried using one of them for what they listed it to be used as, an Epoxy mixer, it was so slow that it almost stopped working when I turned it on in the epoxy. Then, on the second one I tried, hoping it was just a one off and this one would be stronger, the stir attachment came off during the mixing process, almost flinging epoxy all over me. I still have one I haven't tried using for the epoxy and won't. Maybe I will try it on heavy whipping cream for a drink or dessert. ... show more

This Stirrer does not work well with epoxy resin. As I tried to stir the resin, the stirrer slowed down, practically stopping. The epoxy resin is too thick and it is not strong enough to mix the resin. However, it works great with mixing thinner liquids.
