I bought this set for a trip to Canada. When I ordered it, it was going to arrive the day before I was leaving, but then it got delayed and wasn't going to arrive in time for me to use them for my trip. When I contacted the company to cancel my order, they told me there was nothing they could do because it was in Amazon's control. And of course Amazon couldn't cancel it because it was already in transient. So I was going to have to wait until it arrived (while I was on vacation) and then return it. But a funny thing happened, the luggage arrived a day earlier than the original date, so it arrived two days before my trip. Talk about the power of prayer! LOL I ended up using just the carry on and large luggage. Both did really well with regards the wheels moving easy and holding a lot of belongings. I was pleasantly surprised. However, my large suitcase did sustain a little cosmetic damage on the outside but not a big deal. I went through four airports at the beginning of my travels and three airports on my return flights, so I can't complain. The luggage wasn't too heavy, however, it wasn't fully packaged either. The media could not be loaded. This luggage looks really nice and appears to be sturdy. I just received it yesterday and opened the box last night to inspect the set. The 20 inch piece has a crack near the retractable handle. All the wheels on all four pieces appear as if the set has been used instead of looking clean and polished like the picture. The good part: All pieces rolls smoothly 360 degrees with double wheels. Each piece expands and the handles retract. I like the TSA lock on each piece. I will be traveling in two days so no time to send it back. I would only want the one piece exchanged if it was possible. I hope all goes well during my travel. . .will be using the 24 in case. ... show more

Bought this set and love it! Took all 3 pieces to Europe & back as checked baggage and they held up beautifully! The separated compartments worked well for us. We could keep clothes in the zippered side and shoes on the other side to keep them apart. We could spot the bright colored suitcases a mile away too ;) ... show more

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this luggage set, but we needed a large suitcase and I wanted an unusual color so it was easy to spot on the luggage carousel. I bought the lime green and it is solid luggage. Easy to spot, great wheels and when empty it is not heavy so I can pack more without going over 50#.
