Box looked great. Unit was dented on all corners. Welds were poorly finished. Trays fell into water repeatedly. Tempered glass top had no means of retention and had to be siliconed to keep from sliding out. Ended up throwing it in the dumpster. Do not buy.

The media could not be loaded. I got it for Temple. It is very good. Easy to set up and looks very good. One thing I would mention, I ordered it and sent request to seller that it's very important and I have just 3 days for the event. Seller made sure it got delivered on 3rd day afternoon, I loved the service and product.

Do not trust the good reviews on this item you'll end up like me. This warmer is cheaply made the material is paper thin and after you put food items into the chafing pans the weight makes them slide down into the wamer basin. So I bought this warmer for my catering business and when it came it had a dent which I overlooked and decided to keep, but after the first use it was leaking from the bottom. I reach out to the seller they said I should send a picture of the dent which I did their response was for me to find a professional to fix it and they'll reimburse me $50 for the inconvenience. Lol can you believe the audacity, anyway to return it was another headache because not every UPS drop off center wanted to take it because of the size so I had to drive around and call before I found a location so please don't buy if you want to prevent a headache it's not worth it.

I brought this item twice for my business first time I brought I received the item damaged they had to send me out a new one . When I got the 2nd one the water kept on leaking out and wasn’t staying in the food warmer . Can’t use it for my business

The water valve was too big. We had to go out and purchase another one. Put most it together the day before our event and the water valve piece was too large 3/4 inch. We had to ho to Home Depot and purchase a 1/2 inch water valve piece. The day after use and our event the I washed the serving trays and noticed spots of rust.
