I throw a lot of parties...and I usually BBQ for everyone. I bought one of these to keep my chicken, Tri-Tip and jalapeno poppers warm for everyone to pick at throughout the night.It worked perfect! After everyone got their share off the grill when everything first came off all the remaining stuff went in this warmer to stay warm so my friends can help themselves throughout the night.None of the food in it went cold, it kept everything warm and ready to eat all night long and didnt dry any of the meat out. All the food tastes 5 hours later just as it did when it came off the grill. I liked this so much I bought a second one so when my friends bring hot foods over to the party we can throw them inLots of my friends by store bought wings or potato weges... or make chili... Now they have a place to keep their food warm. Really happy with the two I bought. No problems at all. You pour water inbthe main unit. Set the temp you want and then put the three metal container with food in it. That's all.Cleaning is easy. Water drains out easily and the 3 containers can be thrown inbthe washer. Highly recommend. Glad I have two. I may end up buying a third.

I have bought this about this six months ago. That is how long it will last if you are lucky. It was plugged in with water to the fill line from 9am until 1pm, Monday to Friday. When it works it's great! I wish I could get replacement elements! This is the forth unit and they don't last and there is no customer support. This is for a school meal service and what is good the exterior doesn't get hot. What's bad it leaked from the very beginning and the element keeps eroding and shorts out. Real safety issues.

I purchased 2 of the 4-pans warmers last October. One has stopped working. It shows a Green signal of connection, but doesn't start heating at all. The main body is well-made, but it has the issue of leaking and has stopped heating.I wish they could provide a technician who could fix the minor issues. It is sad (shame) that looking new, warmer has to trash out.😢 Review Updated: The food warmer has been working well until this week.Last Year I had good communication with the manufacturer /Dealer about the heating element.They sent me one and it is working well .The other warmer has the same issue burned out the element and the off/on switch stops working.I contacted the seller Willrep,unfortunately, I haven't heard from them yet.I simply need to replace the heating elements which is not available anywhere.I wish they carried the spare parts easily available on the market so that customers can use the well-made Food Warmer with nice Sneeze guards for a longer period of time. Now one of my food warmer is going to the Recycle trash even though it is well-made steel frame like new.I hope the other one stay alive bit longer. I lost my patience.This Item should be removed from the Amazon Marketplace so that no new Customers be wasting money and valuable time.

Please beware if something malfunction, one of the two we bought stopped heating. We need support or parts list that allow other electricians to make repairs. Works great when working. We also setup special electrical wiring for both units. The Place
