I got a medium and it fits in my ear but is too small. The noise cancelation feature will not work because it is too small. Size up if you want a better fit. Other than that it fits on the airpods amazingly and looks the same as the originals.

These inserts are great! I had to replace my originals because one ripped. Listening to music now I realize how much sound quality I had lost to the old ones getting dirty and gunked up. The sound quality is crystal clear, the bass is deeper than I've heard in a long time and they fit perfectly.
