I got this for the guest bedroom. I wanted that plush hotel look when you first walk in. I got it to make the regular current mattress look very luxe, though that mattress is average quality and height, and has seen more than one of our homes. When we can, we will upgrade that mattress and still use this topper. This is a thick, plush mattress topper with deep pockets for a full-sized bed. It fits on the current mattress, but also leaves room for the next one which will be deeper. It does the trick. It adds depth that is so welcoming and comforting when a guest walks into the room. That's what I was going for, that initial wow. With a plush down comforter, it can't be beat. Just, wow! It is also very comfortable, a bit softer than I like personally, but you still feel the firmness coming through. You feel enveloped. The only thing is that it requires an even deeper sheet set, and a mattress pad on it so you don't have to keep washing this big bulky thing every time someone comes over for one night. But, for right now, the same person has slept on it, so we've put the mattress pad off. I don't think it's water-proof, so we'll get the mattress pad soon. This mattress topper uplevels the entire room. Then the pillows, mattress, and sheets look like they need to be upgraded, too. That's how a sub-$100 mattress pillow topper for the guest bedroom turns into a $1,000-2,000 room makeover. Oh, it will make the night stands feel low, too. Might have to uplevel those, too. I recommend.

Picked this mattress topper for guest room bed. Nice quailty materials..very soft and fits perfect Adds extra comfort to the mattress and protection as well. I was impressed how much difference in comfort it made over plain mattress feel. Quality stitching should hold up well in washing. With the quality fit,comfort, protection it was a great value item . Well made and should last quite long time. We are very happy with this choice.

This mattress pad made a noticeable difference on my older mattress. The microfiber top layer is soft without being too hot - I'm usually a warm sleeper and haven't woken up sweaty since adding this. The deep pocket design fits my mattress with room to spare. The stretchy skirt stays put even when I toss around at night. I've washed it on cold and tumble dried on low - no shrinking or bunching so far. Took maybe 3 minutes to get it fitted. The quilted stitching keeps the fill distributed evenly across the surface. It adds maybe an inch of cushion, which is just enough to soften up a firm mattress without making it feel mushy. One thing to note - it arrived pretty compressed and took a whole to fully fluff up. First night I was kinda underwhelmed, but by the second night it was noticeably better.

This topper fits perfectly and is quite comfortable. It is deep enough to fit my mattress with no issues and stays on firmly. I've run it through the wash a couple times now, and it has come through in perfect condition. It can go through a normal Cyle and be dried with low heat so no super special steps needed to take care of it. It is soft while remaining thick and supportive. It is breathable enough to not get too hot now that things are starting to get warmer for me. Overall, it is a great addition to bedding and has been a great value so far.

This pillow top mattress cover is nice and good quality. It’s a bit thinner than one would have expected to add much cushion or added comfort. Nonetheless, we used it and it does provide a little bit extra softness on our firm mattress. I think it mostly works by adding just a little bit of padding so that the sheets aren’t directly on the mattress and so it feels a little bit more luxurious and soft. We will keep using it because it does add softness and comfort. But if you are looking for a significant amount of padding, look into a foam mattress topper.
