I am not sure this is a good application for an angle grinder, but I used this blade to cut away a left over tree root after the tree had been removed. It did a good job of cutting, and was reasonably controllable from a safety perspective. I would definitely recommend this cutting blade.

I bought this after a bunch of research on tooth profiles that work well cutting acrylic and this blade did a great job cutting 1/4” sheet. Leaves a pretty clean edge and did not cause and chipping. I've just used the GRAFF SPEEDCUTTER 4 ½ Wood Carving Disc for the first time yesterday. It works incredibly well! The price of excellence? BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL for what you wish for! The speedcutter's performance is outstanding. I used it on very hard walnut and it shaped/gouged it with ease. Once again................KEEP A VERY FIRM GRIP on your angle grinder. Applying the speedcutter at an imprecise angle can/will cause a kick back in a fraction of a second. This could result in traumatic injury. But if you're careful/experienced, this tool (weapon!) will perform above your expectations! ... show more
