The media could not be loaded. I really loved this for the price point. A huge plush was thatvit was rechargeable and can be used without being plugged in. The air cycles for decompression were intense, I couldn't find a way to personalize it. I've had years of back pain and this was helpful and easy to use. I likes that it can be used on many body parts. Sat on it - really helped my sciatica. I can see how it can provide a nice gentle support for sleep positions. The foam is vety soft. What I love most most about Amazon, if it doesn't do what it says- easy easy- goes right back.
