I bought this lumbar massage cushion because I spend many hours sitting and had constant lower back pain. I noticed a difference from the very first week. The deep massage combined with the heat helps a lot to relax the muscles and relieve tension. I love that it's rechargeable, so I don't have to worry about cords, and its size is perfect for using it in bed, on the sofa, or even in a chair. It's comfortable, firm, and feels like good quality.

This pillow is a comfortable and versatile back support cushion that helps relieve lower back discomfort while sitting or lying down. I have had severe back/sciatica pain with sharp muscle spasms for the last year since my baby was born. I saw videos and read the reviews for an item identical to this on another website. I decided to find the same on Amazon just because of the ease of return if it didn't help. Upon arrival the massager had some charge. It charges quickly, 3hrs. After using it in one cycle,15min, in auto mode. I immediately lost the numb feeling that had been hurting in my right hip. With continued use I have noticed greater flexibility in my spine. Less spasms, if any through my back and legs. I have tried the pillow in various locations as well. Sitting on the couch gave the least effect unless I put it under my legs/hips. Laying flat on the couch was comfortable and more relaxing giving a decent stretch in my back. Laying flat on the floor gave the most intense result. It allowed the massager to push my spine up while I did deep breathes. In auto mode it cycles through traction, heat, and massage. The heat is not as strong as a heating pad but it goes well with the orher cycles to loosen muscles. I can't say it isn't uncomfortable because it is a little but the end result of moving without spasms and extreme pain weigh out a little tension. As I have used it at least once each day my back has stretched with the traction making it much less uncomfortable. I am so thankful I found this device and will be telling anyone who will listen that it has helped me.

Its design is elegant and ergonomic, and the soft fabric feels wonderful against the skin. The massage heads provide a firm, rotating kneading action that effectively relieves stiffness after long hours at the office. The heating function is a real bonus: gentle and pleasant, it promotes faster muscle relaxation. The controls are simple: one button to turn it on and another to change modes or activate the heating function. Lightweight and easy to move, it's ideal for the shoulders, back, or legs. My only minor complaint: it could use a little more intensity or deeper pressure for stubborn muscle knots, and longer battery life would be a plus if it were cordless.
