I used this to remove and replace old caulking that had black mold on it. The removal tool didn't work as well on the rather old and dried out caulking and I ended up using my hands with some gloves in those areas. If your caulking is still semi pliable, you will likely have a much easier time. I did appreciate all the various applicator tips as I switched mine for the corners. ... show more

Recently, I came across two products with similar packaging and couldn’t resist buying both out of curiosity. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed a crucial difference - they were made by different companies. The contrast in weight was striking: the inferior product felt alarmingly lightweight at 27 grams, while the jidomifurnis boasted a reassuring 39 grams, speaking volumes about its superior quality and construction. As I examined them further, the differences became even more apparent. The cheaper one had loose parts and rough edges, as if it was hastily put together. Meanwhile, the jidomifurnis exuded craftsmanship. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the smooth finish to the sturdy construction. In the end, it was a no-brainer. I can't complain too much. It made removing caulking and spreading new caulking easier. The part that slides with the razor on it is a little flimsy, but it still gets the job done.
