When this arrived, was surprised at how small the box was because the listing made the stand look larger than it is in real life. Or perhaps the projector that they show in the picture is smaller than I realized? I’m not sure. Either way, this did workout for me. I have a short throw projector and am able to use this by placing it on top of a riser on a table. This is much better than the solution I was previously using- a random little box to hold it up at the right angle for my set up. It was so satisfying to finally have a decent, versatile stand. Here are my observations: * What you see pictured is all it comes with in terms of hardware. * It’s made from very nice metal. This is not a cheap stand. This is the real deal. * Sleek design. * You can pivot this stand in a variety of ways. It even spins! * Make sure that this is able to prop up your projector. Weight it and compare it to the weight specs on this listing. * At this price point, this is a very good value for money. Honestly, I should have gotten something like this earlier but I didn’t know that this was an option before.

For the price you really can’t beat this little projector stand. Definitely look at its weight limitations before you purchase. I have a small projector and this works great for it. It has the screw (similar to a camera stand) so you can just attach your projector quickly (assuming it has the female slot). At any rate, it’s very sturdy, it feels machined very well and all of the joints are snug. You could attach this to a ceiling or use it as a base on a table to raise, lower, and adjust your projector. I did read one review about this missing a thumbscrew so you could be sure to line up the project in the orientation you want in relation to the base plate, but I think that could be resolved with a rubber washer or two. I’ve used this to lift our projector off of a table and provide stability. It does a great job and has a good range of motion. Very happy with this item.

I own quite a few projectors. I have a few budget projectors in my bedrooms and one high-end projector in my living room. I got this stand for one of my bedroom projectors. The stand is solid and has a metal construction. It can stand on a table or shelf or mounted to a wall or ceiling. Everything about this stand is great except for the 1/4" 20 mounting screw. Usually, the screw can turn on its own. On this stand the screw does not turn freely. You need to turn the entire stand to screw it into the projector. This may not work for some projectors. I did try it with a few of my projectors. It worked great for some. For the others, the screw was so tight trying to position it that I was afraid I was going to break the female screw hole on my projector. I am deducting a star for this issue. Luckily this worked perfectly with the projector I got it for.

I got this to work with a brand new mini projector that I just got. This stand has a great, solid, metal build quality. It has a nice weight in the hand and works very well. It maintains the adjustments very well, so once you set it, it should stay put. I use this on a small night stand and I'm able to angle it well on a blank wall. Works great for the price.

If you have one of those small projectors that have become pretty popular, you have likely wrestled with finding a suitable way to set it up at the correct height. I was piling up books on a coffee table, which worked ok but was not at all convenient. This little projector stand works well for getting a lightweight projector up a couple of inches - but more importantly, set to the correct angle to get the image to land on the wall or a screen where you want it to be. The stand is lightweight and easy to set up and take down. It is easy to travel with, and it can hold a small projector. This isn't what you'd use for a big, heavy projector. But for a small lightweight projector it is just the ticket. It's inexpensive and works pretty well. That adds up to a good value in my book!

Very sturdy and well machined little stand. I've become a fan of those little portable projectors but getting the perfect "throw" can be a pain as stacking books and whatever is a drag and these little projectors are too small to use with a full sized stand. This thing is the perfect solution. I can use it table/desktop or wall mounted. The 180 and 360 degree swivel action makes it so that I can get my projection centered where I want it. The tooling is quality so the hinges stay in place once positioned. For now I just have it sitting on my bed's headboard where I can tilt it for either wall or ceiling viewing. Great little accessory at a good price.

Pretty basic item. Works well for holding a projector and angling as needed. Still allows for plenty of bottom airflow. No issues or complaints. Stand is very stiff and well made.
