I had incisional Hernia repair & my ab wall separation repaired so I needed a little more binder support than the hospital one to assist in the pain & comfort. I have tried several binders only to find out they curl, roll, Velcro loosens & don't stay in place. I bought this binder & I was in shock how well this was made! It comes with 3 sections so you can wear all of them at once or just 1 or 2. These binders NEVER curled, rolled, moved etc & were extremely comfortable. The Velcro works excellent & never comes off. I would rate these binders a 10 if it was an option. Thank you to this company for making an extremely well made product. P.S. Each piece is marked so you know which section goes where. It’s a bit complicated to put the whole thing on, but it’s pretty comfortable and compresses well. The Velcro is strong and J didn’t have any issues with it loosening throughout the day, though I’ll have to see how it holds up. It provides good abdominal/back support post birth, and I think it’s helped get me back to a smaller waistline. It certainly hasn’t hurt! My only complaint is that the pelvic belt doesn’t seem to be low enough, and rides up with normal movement. All this is to say, I’ve tried more expensive belly bands and more traditional belly binding. This is probably the easiest to adjust/customize to your size, and the most comfortable to wear throughout the day. ... show more

I got this girdle for postpartum support , I did not want a girdle that you couldn't adjust and that would make fat rolls above the compressed areas. It is comfortable if you are not sitting, the different layers tend to roll over on each other when sitting for long periods of time.
