I used this after my hernia surgery and it helped me recover much faster! I had the hospital binder and that was terrible. I ordered these and they were delivered fast! I was in day 4 after surgery and was able to put these on by myself. My core felt supported and I was able to feel and move more securely after wearing the belly band. There are 3 different belts that go on individually or together depending on the support you want. This was great because I could use 2 belts if I wanted less support. I have tried multiple abdominal belts and was not satisfied with any because of one reason that they were not covering all the sections. The beauty of this is it have three belts that give comfort to the back, abdomen and the bloated area incision .
