Same quality as the big brand names but way more affordable. The 3/8” ratchet has performed flawlessly without any issues or concerns. It accepts DeWalt batteries as well as other brands. The quality seems solid and well constructed. Plastic components are similar to most high end tools and should provide long-term durability. The ratcheting mechanism is made of heavy duty tooled steel and easily switched from fwd to reverse. The more I use it, the more I like it. It comes with its own carrying case and a small assortment of extensions and sockets which allows for on the go use- just don’t forget to bring your battery (sold separately) along.

I was impressed at first had lots of torque, but just at 2 months in it completely quit. Started running slow I thought it was a battery issue but it wasnt. Did the same and finally stopped working altogether. I reach out to apexpower and didn't even get response of any kind. So I can't recommend this product or their customer service. Good thing is, it was fairly cheap, which should have told me the quality was probably not good. This should at least have some kind of warranty besides a 30 day return.

I bought 3 of these. Two were 1/2 inch, and one was 3/8 inch. Being a small engine mechanic I use these daily. They are great for a lot of things. And they will last forever, if you only use them once in a while. But I guess in my work I'm pretty hard on these tools. Because I've already stripped the gears out of one of them, and had to throw it away. However, this cordless has a LOT of torque, you can easily snap the bolt if you're not careful. I would definitely buy it again. It's a great tool to have! Very dependable, and the battery is interchangeable with similar Dewalt products.

Just used this for the first time while changing out the front and rear rotors on my Tundra. Tell you what…this thing has some guts! It is so handy getting into those tight spaces and has enough backbone to crank by hand to break the bolt loose and then quickly unscrew under power. I was skeptical at first but not any more. Really like the power, the compact size and the battery life wasn’t an issue whatsoever. Nice tool, great price…saved at least one busted knuckle! 😜

I don't know how I went all these years without a cordless ratchet! I have worked on cars, motorcycles, side-by-sides, etc. for years and always used hand wrenches. I saw this on Amazon, the price was great, so I purchased it. I have used it many times now. It saves the wrist and arm from the continuous motions of using a hand ratchet wrench. It comes with a variety of sockets, an extension, and 3/8 to 1/2 and 3/8 to 1/4 adapters, very handy! It has really good power. Many bolts it will undo, but larger ones with a higher torque value you will have to break free with a hand ratchet and then use this cordless ratchet to take it out the rest of the way. It's also very good for when a bolt is really hard to reach and therefore you can't get much movement with a ratchet. First, break it free with regular ratchet, then use this to get it the rest of the way out. I purchased the one that works with Dewalt batteries, perfect fit!

Abosolute garbage i used it 2x 1st time went fine this time i was using it, not trying anything i know it couldn't handle, it just stopped and will not work at all. JUNK-- For this product, there is no sellers customer service, they offer a phone # for issues, I called the toll-free number and its disconnected. I went to the store link on my purchase page and the store doesn't exist. Amazon is letting bad sellers on their platform. They have to hold these, hit and run stores accountable. I could open a store, sell alot of items, say there's a warranty, then close up shop, easy money. Amazon needs to hold some escrow money when someone opens a store front to help avoid these scammers.. Come On AMAZON, If you don't protect the consumers from scams we will all lose faith in your platform.

This product may look like a dewalt. It is a very cheep knock - off. I got three of them, one for me and one for each of my sons. The one I gave my older son started to smoke the first time he used it and the one i got for myself came apart during the second job i used it on. Still havent heard about the one i gave to my younger son. ive since gotten one from Harbore freight and it is working like a charm.
